    Love your workouts, but could it be possible to say the weights that you’re going to use at the beginning of the workout? It would be easier to have the weights ready.

      I don't think the expectation is that we use the same weights as them. They're professionals. I think it's just to give us an indication of what they're using 🤷🏻‍♂️
