Prince Rama Varma - Rama Rama - Mannem Konda Hanumaddasu - Palagummi Viswanadham

Prince Rama Varma gave his very first public concert on the 1st of May, 1990. 34 years later, he gave a delightful concert before a sell out crowd at Bengaluru at the Sri Vani Kalakendra during their month long Ramanavami Festival. He was accompanied by Sri S.R.Vinu, Sri B.Harikumar and Sri Bharadwaj.
The concert featured many special songs that Varma ji sang on stage for the very first time, including this Rare Gem by Mannem Konda Hanumaddasu Garu, with music set by Palagummi Viswanadham Garu, which Varma ji had recently taught music students during a recent online teaching session.
The audience at Vani Kalakendra love Varma ji and he loves them too, because of which, the concerts there inevitably turn out to be unique, special and heart warming. This year, despite the unbearable heat of summer, the crowd was so big and the response was so loving that Varma ji told me that he felt truly overwhelmed.
