The "Intercept-Hunting For The Ball" netball drill is a great way to get players of all ages and abilities comfortable and confidence in intercepting the ball. We like to defend with the mindset of attacking the ball when going for the intercept. This promotes positive defending of moving forward and attacking the ball.
This netball drill works of anticipation, reactions, speed and alertness. We work to put defenders on the balls of their feet, ready to go hunting for the ball.
