ur comment is from 11 days ago so idk if im too late or not, but at the north side of the upper floor near the other loot box there is a bridge. The bridge isnt on the minimap so i spent way too long trying to figure this out too lol

Walk to the left when you spawn in, as soon as you walk down the path turn right and there's path for you to walk to the area!
