    The worst thing you can do as an overweight person is do excessive walking, running or exercise. That extra weight you are carrying will destroy your joints. I used to be overweight growing up and had horrible knee pain because I was always forced to run. Obesity has nothing to do with calories. The body creates fat to protect itself against a toxins in food and drink, the metabolism slows down because the diet is nutrient deficient, and all the fat in the diet is unsaturated or otherwise from cooked sources that cause the fat molecules to swell 100x larger. Corn and soy are endocrine disrupting and are commercially used to fatten livestock with less food.

    • @prussiansocietyofamerica
      @prussiansocietyofamerica 11 місяців тому +4

      I think you are talking about the Metabolic process whereby the body stores "fat cells" which are full of toxins. That is a bad sign because it means the Liver and entire digestive system is overstressed and having difficulty in efficiently removing them. The body has to work much harder and the liver has to be de-stressed to clean out those fat cells from the toxins and to let the cells "collapse" so-to-speak. And only then will someone be rid of the stubborn belly fat. It's largely from stored up toxins with the combined effects of cortisol and insulin, which also is a toxin...

    Carbohydrates

    • @prussiansocietyofamerica
      @prussiansocietyofamerica 11 місяців тому +2

      Yeah, those surely are a part of it, but the biggest thing is that even "those foods" you mentioned above are refined and even of different quality structure / modified, compared to what people ate in the 1950's and earlier. For example, almost all Table Sugar is "bleached" and goes through insane chemical processes. Seed oils are refined, much of the Wheat consumed in America today is a hybridized form of the actual original Wheat grain used for bread. Of course Grains are never the best thing, they are harmful, but also add to the mix that even in America, almost all Wheat is found contaminated with roundup (Glyphosate) which is heavily toxic. People never used to consume these things. But the biggest offenders in their diet are the fact that almost all food Americans consume is grown in underground labs and the foods (below or above ground made) are irradiated. Even a lot of American Meat is irradiated, and it's hard on the gut and ruins the nutrition / bacterial profile. Also, most additives / condiments Americans use on their foods have Soy Additives, Preservatives, Sugars and Vinegars. All of that increases the problems massively.

    I think during weight loss it is super important to eat healthy and not stress the body too much. When losing fats, all toxins and what not stored, get released again. It's hard on the body, but instead of giving the body the actual nuttients it needs, they add more toxins, not enough micronutrients and stress the body out with exercise.

    It's as if many people in US have no idea what real food even looks like... if consuming raw animal products feels unusual, boil some eggs (which is not many calories!), eat lean boiled meat, bone stock... Food like veggies/fruits, grains usually is considered food to snack on, sugary carbs to get more "energy", not a normal meal. Fast weight loss almost never works, since cravings come back. Been there, done that as an uneducated teen. Better do it slow with all the nutritional food and using light movement. Best for mental health also.

    Carbs are easy to eat (and overeat) they digest quickly and spike your insulin so as soon as the blood sugar levels drop you feel like you're starving even though you may be in a caloric surplus already.. If your goal is to lose weight you should really try to never spike your blood sugar levels. Also overweight people should not do any distance walking/jogging it's a lot of stress for the joints, you can easily develop a knee/hip/back injury, if you really want to train go swimming

      The Food Corporations and Industries LOVE promoting carbs, because it is cheap as filler and low density food to make people feel "full" in an artificial way compared to the satiation of Meat. America does this more than any other country, which is why if you notice even a Meat-based Sandwich, will be stuffed full of Huge sized bread rolls that are even too large to fully bite into. Even in Middle-Eastern countries, at least they eat more meat and if they eat sandwiches like say with a syrian pocket, it is far far less carbs compared to what is actually designated normal. Also, most American dining out dishes contain about 3-4 types of carb, to say nothing of all the food condiments with sugars and vinegars.

      @droppeddogs It is easy, take it from a guy whose diet consisted of cheese toast+ketchup, pizza, mcdonalds, müsli etc everyday - drank only sodas, monster, coca cola etc. In other words I was super addicted to sugar and all the drugs in these "foods" and "drinks". Once I started eating only meat and drinking water for a few weeks the craving vanished. You just need to have some self respect and willpower. 10 minutes of taste isnt worth a life of disease and unattractiveness.

      @droppeddogs It was easy for me despite my previously mentioned horrible goyslop diet. I would guess its just as easy for people with similarly bad diets. I see no reason for it to be different Yes u can also do it with fatty meat or eating 3 times a day but you will lose it very slowly or maintain it because instead of ur own fat you use the dietary fat as fuel. Of course in the long run this will also lean you out.

      It's really annoying how rare it is to find raw milk in the US, at least most parts. When I was a child I did have some in the old-school days, but aside from that, the only most recent times I've had raw milk was from a period when I lived in Southern California... Just the other day I ended up also riding by one of the last Raw Milk farms we had a long while ago that Massachusetts shut down. It's so depressing seeing it, the whole place is just totally abandoned and has been for many years now since they started cracking down. What disturbs me about pasteurized milk when it goes bad, is that it doesn't give that same sour / rotten smell or taste like Fresh Raw Milk would do. It always has a chemical rancid taste, and that makes me only wonder what that stuff does to the body.

But even if they two were archenemy i realy think, evry nation should have its on place in europe were it can live according to its mentality, culture, but im at the same time should be open for working together as europe to get stronger. Im honest and say openly that i dont full agree with all but its not my country so you do like your people like it. @@zyklon_music Glad you saw the update! I have a whole slew of random things I will be posting in coming days, and a further breakdown on understanding the Islamic Issue and the Peoples of the Middle East, because it's greatly overlooked. I am very pessimistic about Austria at this time even though it had held out more than Germany and other States. But if you mean where it belongs, yes I support it being annexed into the Greater German Reich. Swiss would be a harder bet, nevertheless, the ambition did call previously for eventually having the Swiss under the Reich as well. The Swiss are definitely some of the more valuable of our people, but there are other issues there to content with such as the Banks and so forth. In due time I will get more into it. Interesting you mention about wages, because I do have an entry I am working on to discuss the detriment of value in Work and Numbers since the math doesn't add up, because it's not just inflation that affecting the distortion of value in a wage.
