It was sold at for an est of $400,000.00? Today it's for sale for
$913,000.00 Not bad for 16.0 acres and a small lake:)

Thanks for posting. Made it to the tower. Driveway currently cabled & locked, game cameras in place. Guy in corner of property has sight-line down portion of driveway. Heavily monitored and patrolled. Approach from river or western border is less of a gauntlet.

I just explored the inside of the tower, it's definitely not occupied now. The inside is beautiful and haunting.

My buddies and I went there literally 2 months before you posted this. We were there for a good 45 minutes checking out the place. I did notice the sound of a generator and kept asking my friends if they thought anyone lived here. We came to a conclusion that who would live in this dump. Later some guy came out of that lower door and scolded us to get the f*** off his property. Very eerie
I know the real owners of that place,they are real nice people!
But l have no need to go back:)

I knew who lived there. My father and I actually helped make the house that was in the garage. People always got coming back and getting yelled at. Pond was good fishing

I was there today 2/2016. It's almost completely abandoned= There was only a set of fresh tracks up to the washed out road. You cannot drive in the lane, it is chained off. Your caution tape across the road was gone. The washed out road no longer has boards & you can barely slide down to get across, it is that wide now. The gray door from the "garage" area was busted down & all the windows are broken there. Completely vandalized now. Lots of wildlife....You missed out, not exploring inside!

Would love to have before and after video, pictures to give a better feel or view of what it used to be. To bad the owners greed it seems to have got the better of him.

I knew a guy that was living there, like 10 years ago, idk if he still is. We used to have massive parties out there lol.
I don’t know dude but I had hella trouble. Didn’t even get all the way down the driveway before someone was driving down (probably looking for us)

The tower is not accessible from what I’ve read. The first several floors have no stairs whatsoever so that would explain why you don’t see any pics or videos from up there...
@@gibsonrocker1995 found a older vid. 2 guys went thru holes in the floors to i think 6 or 7 up. but they didnt show to much of the tower itself. lol .. o will ... lol

What was the purpose of the tower
Mostly out of Vanity, I understand. It was originally named Carillon Tower. Cheers;)

i remember going there to deliver heating oil with my dad a long time ago, that was some place before it burnt.

I'd Say it had to be late 80s early 90s? couple years before it burnt anyways. John hall was part owner of hall trucking, my pap used to drive for them a long time ago.

lol its not haunted. It was burnt down for the insurance money. A damn shame considering its a beautiful property. Theres a lot more to the property. The reason the guy was caught was because he would outright tell people. He ended up telling the wrong person i guess.

I've been there when I was a ghost hunter, now it's heavily patrolled by the police, I wouldn't recommend going on the property...just saying!!People got killed in the tower a few years ago.
