    Challenge Goals:
    Achieve 20 Pull-Ups in a row
    Complete 50 Push-Ups without stopping
    Hold a Plank for 5 minutes straight
    Freestanding Handstand
    These are not just daily targets but the benchmarks I aim to hit by the end of this 100-day period. Every day, I’ll push a little harder and get a little stronger, sharing all my triumphs and setbacks with you.
