Ive got an issue im started learning jiu-jitsu im sure im not the only one i get dizzy grappling and out of breathe keep in mind im not an expert im still starting for 4 days now. Please post a video that beginners like me who gets dizzy and out of breathe i also have bipolar which makes it more difficult for me. But thats not my excuse im taking jiu-jitsu classes from Casta jiu-jitsu. Please help me out to break my barrier. I really want to overcome this please help me out or link me a video of how to deal and condition my mind and body to not be out of breathe anf not get dizzy. Thank you i love the art but its still very hard for me respectfully yours
Jiu jitsu is best paired with running and weights. I personally try to run regularly for cardio. BJJ does require a base level of cardio that you may not have yet. But you will! Start with small, slow runs, and gradually build up. Also, there is no rush… enjoy the process
