looks like you shoot with sigma 150-600mm ? i am torn between this lens or a canon 100-400. are you 100% happy with image quality from sigma 150-600mm ?

I love it! I'm super happy with it, I use the L Mount Sport version currently but I also used to use the Contemporary version which was great for the price.
While this was amazing, it wasn't a 'tricks' Video, man. Maybe name the videos responsibly? 'Photographing Small Birds' would have been enough, really. The clickbait reduces the beauty of these videos.
The tips and tricks are embedded into the voiceover and actions displayed in the video, so it’s not conventionally and boringly laid out but rather in a more engaging and entertaining way, if you listen to what I’m saying I talk about the process and what helps in capturing the bird 👌
First of your videos I've come across Jeremy and I enjoyed it a great deal. Have subscribed and look forward to viewing the others.

The bird photography was nice, but l could not take my thinking off how this beautifully made film was made. Mainly is he out there by himself, which in itself would be amazing, or does he come out with others to film him?
My wife usually comes out to help me film in most my videos, glad you liked it, I put just as much work into the broll as the wildlife photos sometimes haha.
I was blown away by the beauty of this film. Great story telling and images, and a really nice flow. Have subscribed.

Hi Jeremy as many must have said I've just come across your channel and surprised you only have 5K subscribers. You tick all the boxes for me, one enjoy watching and photographing birds but not to the professional level that you do and secondly I love making videos and the way you've done this is really exceptional. Not only is the video work well shot but very well edited and your VoiceOver is not easy to get right but honestly you nailed it. You surely cannot be doing this video on your own so I'll be interested to see and hear who is with you. I'm really looking forward to viewing some of your of the videos. I live in the middle of England but my older son lives in San Jose and back in 2016 on a visit we took an overnight trip to the stunning Yosemite national Park, so I am a little bit familiar with your location.
I will say again your, and your wife's, video and photographic work is exceptional and I really do appreciate your carefully worded narration and how you are clearly in awe of creation. Whatever your tradition or faith maybe you have the ability to resonate with anyone who appreciates the natural world we live in. Flycatchers are usually very cooperative, providing plenty of opportunities. It's always a rush when your subject lands on the perfect perch. Nice video, I found it quite enjoyable

We have White crowned sparrows out here in Arizona and I got some great shots of one just like yours on some dead branches. Pretty birds.

You have really upped your skills Jeremy, it's clear all the hard work is paying off. The photography, narration, b-roll and edit were really good. Keep them coming. I couldn't help but notice how low the lake was, hope you get some rain soon. I would love to see that Lawrence's Goldfinch, Wow!

Great video! I don't know if anyone already asked, but how did you do the camera slides? Was there another person or do you have some gear for this?
Yes to both! My wife helps me film the majority of my videos, in about half of the videos we use a slider to get those slow sliding movements like in this video here. Glad you enjoyed!

That is one gorgeous flycatcher. I am really looking forward to getting out with my son as a lot of warblers and shorebirds are finally returning to our area. As always, awesome video and I'm looking forward to the next one.

@@JeremyNeipp Thank you Jeremy!! We did get out today and found four different warblers, three different shore birds and got to watch and photograph a sandhill crane getting harassed by a red-winged black bird. All in all, I would say we had a good day.
