- I spent £30 on a mystery bag of Vintage Kenner Star Wars figures at a recent Flea Market. I didn't check what I bought, so let's find out if I got a good deal!

Despite having all the other main Star Wars toys as a kid, the AST-5 (brown coffin-ship) was always my favourite, be it with Star Wars or Action Force/GI Joe figures piloting it. Great little toy.
I loved how you mentioned the ewoks having the wrong head gear. I bet almost all your subscribers probably noticed it once you opened the bag, that was a great find.....it's the first time i have seen chewbacca go green. But I think it's wild how the human mind works because we held on to those fond memories so much that I may not remember what we had for lunch yesterday but once I see a weapon or accessory our brain can remember it immediately. We're all gifted with these powers....I love a good thrift bag for our birds and pieces. I'm so glad a really great friend showed me your channel years ago. Do you ever sell any of the figures or fixed figures on ebay or anything. I think I need to purchase an official toy polloi-ed figure for my collection if you do. 👍
Hey Dave
Sometimes luck is all we have.
Nice catch for your collection🙂
Take care😊
I like the thought of tons of weird Chewbacca variants like they did with Batman in the 90's. "Green Limb Chewbacca, meet Aero Strike Batman." Great haul and video!
The brand on the foot of the ewok reminds me that all of my original trilogy figures have a brand done by me. I used a small Phillips screwdriver and branded the arm pit of the left arm on all of my figures. I had lots of friends and wanted to know mine when time came to go home.❤
Yeah nice Dave good score 🇺🇸💪🤠🇬🇧
You could get $10 out of a few of those figures
Great mate great find mate
Nice haul
You did pretty good for the price!
Bargain!
The Mini-Rigs look like unsalvageable junk, even for a man of your talents, but even putting them aside £30 for 18 figures is a good deal. Nice one!
There are useful bits on the mini rigs. And I really should do some videos on restoring them at some point.
Awesome
I really do like your channel! I have all of the vintage collection of Star Wars. Your channel reminds me of the joy of my childhood.
Wow, thanks!
This video made me give ebay a look I wound up with a bag of Gi Joes for $19.99❤ Most of them are broken but that's a good thing so I can practice some of the techniques I've seen on your channel Cheers Mate
That is awesome!
Hi . i have the chest plate for the bib fortuna . but the piece at the back is broke . i could send it on if you want it .
Thanks for the offer. I'm sure I have one in a similar condition myself.
That’s a great score! Nice find out in the wild👍👍👍
Thanks 👍
Great find Dave, I saw a guy at a boot sale last week selling about 100 beaters in a box and about 30 of them were Boushh and 20 Lando Skiff. It's always those 2 figures that turn up everywhere, seems inconceivable neither were in this job lot 😂 well done Dave.
Good buy 👍
Thanks 👍
Great find. Thanks.
An excellent selection of goodies Dave! Definitely got your money’s worth I think!
Definitely!
What a fantastic Vintage Star Wars bargain buy, Dave.
Mrs. Toy Polloi certainly brought you some good luck, once again! :)
Indeed!
WOW that's awesome. Especially for that price. Got some really cool figures and mini rigs. Even a couple future projects. Congratulations. Very cool
Thanks 👍
I'd love to see a series of videos of you fixing up mini rigs. I dont know mich about them, and they look super interesting.
Noted!
Well worth the price!
Great find
What a find. I just spent a week around Dorset charity shop hunting for Star Wars pieces and found nothing. Your video has just given me, A New Hope. Cheers Dave.
Sadly charity shops now seem to know that anything related to Star Wars, Doctor Who, retro video games etc. is likely to have some value and they sift it out to sell in online shops or auction sites. Which is great from the point of view that they raise more money for charity, but the fun of treasure hunting in charity shops looking for buried gold has sadly long since disappeared.
It's good that they know what they have got. There are still bargains to be found. Toy hunting is all about patience. I look all the time, but only find things less than 5% of time I reckon. It doesn't put me off as I love the thrill when you do find a gem.
Nice
Did they have those mini rigs in the US I don't remember those at all
I'm sure they were.
It's not at at, it A-T A-T. A true fan would know that
Well...what does the box say?
A-T -A-T? ....or......AT-AT?
Think you will find its AT-AT. That's what every kid has called it forever because that's that it said on the box. Maybe in universe it's an acronym for All terrain armoured transport..(they actually call them imperial walkers) but the toy box says different.
Think about it...The TIE fighter is a well known ship. Do you call it a T-I-E fighter or a TIE fighter? It is after all an acronym for Twin Ion Engine fighter. Same with the AT-AT. This only because an issue when the scout walker was known as AT-ST...this doesn't roll off the tongue as well so that's why it's called a scout walker.
YES..IM A NERD.
I would disagree 😜
