Yup I’m on my third days on 7 balls flashed and I still can’t catch them all, I practice 5 balls high low, but for the 7 balls I feel like I need to go higher, but my left arms is weak left is tapping out, I can feel the pain in my left hand muscle. Do you have a video link how to do a 7balls flash link so I can watch and learn, thank you, you doing great job, by the way, keep up the pro work👍👍
Not on youtube. Try lighter balls.
Also practice more tricks with 5 balls, like 744, 753, 771 and 7777700

Mitch Gillilan There hasn’t been any progress since I haven’t been training it at all in 4 months. But hopefully I can get back at it next month... 💪
I'm going for 10 once my arm heals, and then once I get good at 8 and 9 I plan on going for 11. Hopefully this year.

I gave up after few weeks and gave those balls away. I need another set of balls, lighter ones with more filling. Gonna order them and then do it 💪 goal is to get it before 2021
