- This is my visit to the Acropolis Parthenon Temple in Athens with a complete tour of the (best) South Slopes Entrance, all the crowds you might see around and the way up with all terraines and paths you will see on your way up to the temple itself. This is how busy it was in April so in the summer get prepared for even busier times.

How long was the walk?
it was no more than 20 minutes but obviously there are lots of things to see while going up so you may have to stop multiple timesso realistically speaking it could be around 30-40 mins including any stops
Heading there in April-what time of the day did you start at the entrance?
This was 10-10:30 in the morning in April. The earlier the better obviously but you might also feel less crowds in the last slots after 3pm.
