I have one of those, but after 2 hours it turns off because it says low battery, I have it well connected to my motorcycle and everything, does anyone know a possible solution?

do you conenct the power supply of the motorcycle?
Use the type-c for power to check if it is working, the battery inside is about 1000mAH, 2 hours is ok. So you need use the motorcycle power
