What's that all sources covered in a monthly magazine?? My doubt is, do they cover only one source like hindu or yojana or pib. Because I remember once I've seen in a vision ias monthly magazine, they mentioned it, that they will cover all sources ...is that true??

Yes. They cover almost all sources.
They do their maximum. But there is a practical limit.
They cover Hindu, Express, Down to Earth, PIB,..etc

Optional is personalised decision.
1) You should love the subject and be comfortable with it.
2) you should have some good mentor or seniors to guide on what is needed for Mains
3) You should get good faculty, good notes, Notes and books needed for upsc must be easily available in market. You should write test series,
by analysis all this, make a decision.
