    For decades before HIGH quality daycare..housewives babysat for at home..no expensive activity center..licensing..Kids turned out just fine. Lots of kids went to a grandma -aged neighbor down the street who did not get paid $20 an hr!!!

    Sounds like an inner city problem...
    Unfortunately the hard working rural people have to flip the bill and receive nothing in return..
