Just did mine, no experience as such, but watching the video made it easy.
I replaced all the seals for another 5 years but at least I know for the future.

Great job. Well done. I like the attitude and mindset of you folks in AVA of Norway. It looks like you are really serious about innovation (environmentally friendly) and have a really honest customer-oriented approach. I am not yet your customer, own a great 13-year-old Karcher Commercial 5/15 C, and 2 Nilfisk hobby machines E 140.3 and C 130.1. I have already heard a lot of complaints about "Yellow" hobby class power washers recently. Nilfisk hobby class machines with induction motors and metal pumps are way better. I am quite happy with them. There is unfortunately a thing where I struggle with Nilfisk. I got 2 new Start Stop Valves for both Nilfisk machines from the previous owner (worth over 40 Euro). But they both have damaged one single O-Ring in the Start - Stop valve. I already struggle for over 2 days to find out the proper size of them and the materials (whether is it NBR 90, FPM Viton 80 or PU 90, or something else) that they are made from. Writing to Nilfisk dealers all over Europe and no one has a clue, because Nilfisk does not provide this kind of information to dealers. They sell only whole sets of Start Stop Valves. In some cases (models) they are for a reasonable price of up to 10 Euro, but in the case of my power washers, they could cost me well over 40 Euro as I have mentioned. Right now I am going to test your customer-oriented approach and ask you something :). For sure you don´t know the size and material of the O-rings of your competitor, but maybe you could tell me from what material you make your O-rings in your Start Stop Valves. What is it? NBR? FPM Viton, PUR, or something else? How hard they are? 80 SH or 90 SH? Thank you very much in advance. Best regards. A.F.G. Btw. I made my UA-cam channel because I was thinking the same way as you do. I believe customers have got a right to be able to fix their own machines. I had to learn how to fix some of my power washers myself because in service I was told that the price of a repair will be so high that I had better throw them away (or sell them for parts) and buy new ones. I could not disagree more with this kind of approach when it comes to wasting precious resources and money as well - on the other hand I have to admit, at least they were honest with me and did not try to rip me off.

my P55 broke down after 1 year of not much use.
    1. Had to wait 1,5months on a spare part
    2. They didn't send the 15cm long hexagonal bit needed to open the casing
Pretty disappointed. Thinking that every supplier that launches their own youtube on how to fix your machine know what they are selling ;)

Is this the service you expect owners to do every 5yrs to maintain the 20yr warranty? If so where and how much is it to pay to get it done in the UK?

I don't think it can be. I've received the 5 year service kit and it's just some o-rings (basically). I presume the 5 year service is similar to this video but with none of the new metal parts being required.

Haha, no chance I’m doing that to my perfectly serviceable P70 Evolution, it would never work again. I’m all for sending it to a service centre in the UK.

@@gizmo6164 I’m the same but have you managed to find one? Surely any reputable pressure washer repair place should be able to do it if its aimed at being DIY 🤷‍♂️

@@Wellspicedchaffinch Thats just the first aid kit I believe - not a service kit. But the info is not easy to find.

Pretty sh”t to be honest. Instruction booklet gives no indication of how the accessories fit on - page upon page in many languages but tells you nothing. Online chat only seems to work when people are in office working - not available at weekends. Snow hose tube arrived ripped at bottom. Website has
No instructions to follow either. Poor job Ava.
