Just did mine, no experience as such, but watching the video made it easy. I replaced all the seals for another 5 years but at least I know for the future.

Ive just purchased this pressure washer and its pulsing straight away. I read theres a relief valve where is it please ?

Absolutely zero customer service so warranty is useless. Just read the comments all over their Facebook page. This company is a scam!

my P55 broke down after 1 year of not much use. 1. Had to wait 1,5months on a spare part 2. They didn't send the 15cm long hexagonal bit needed to open the casing Pretty disappointed. Thinking that every supplier that launches their own youtube on how to fix your machine know what they are selling ;)

I bought a P80 when AVA first started selling their product in the UK and have not used itt much as I have a Karcher 6/13C which is a good machine being a professional grade but I used the AVA this weekend gone to wash the car and asked myself why dont I use this machine more frequently as it really is a quality top notch tool. I have the telescopic lance for gutters upper floor windows and once you get sed to working with it as there is a technique it really is very good. Karcher in my opinion have out priced themselves in the professional tool market , the cost of some parts are prohibitively expensive. I think AVA could take not of this as there are plenty of people likeme who use their pressure washers for multiple purposes and seek the additional tools but are put of paying £400+ for rotary floor cleaning attachments or the same but wit water extraction costing £800+ that is just plain greed on Karcher’s part in my opinion.

20 year warranty can’t see this company lasting this long will never buy one again build quality rubbish. Mine lasted 20 mins and cost £540.00 utter junk

I have just taken delivery of your AP80 LTD Edition. It lasted 20 minutes and died. Not the usual issue like fuse, extension lead water pressure etc etc, which these machines seemed to be plagued with. After going through the entire troubleshooting guide no difference completely dead. This is meant to be a premium washer but to be honest out of the box, the build quality seemed questionable. The plastic housing flimsy and cheap with rough flashing left on the casing from the manufacturing moulding process. To make things a lot worse your so called customer support advised me that my case would be reviewed in 15 days due to backlog. This is totally unacceptable but not surprising for such a sub standard product. PayPal are now dealing with this on my behalf and I have requested a full refund as for the 20 year guarantee, I can’t see this company lasting this long. No matter how many SPONSORED reviews there may be you cant polish a turd.

It would be nice with an explanation of what he is doing from 17 to 30sec. Filming is bad and it is difficult to see the purpose of the action done and what he actually does… 🙄

at 0:46 the removal of the Old hose. I have removed the litle cøspring clamp on the top, and been able to pry it 2/3 way out, but the rest of the way it is competely stuck. Any suggestions, please?

How often is this service recommended?

On previous videos someone stated that assembly was easy. Well I’m in my late seventies and it took me almost three hours to get it fully assembled. Love the way the gut puts these U shaped pins in with one hand, I finished up using a toffee hammer. Also the the holder for the various nozzles isn’t great, with Nilfisk they fit perfectly, with the Ava it’s more of, put them in the holes and hope they don’t fall out whilst putting the machine away.

Our problem: the gun was leaking a lot when opening the water handle. We found this piece to buy on their website made of metal. It's nice to find everything you need on their site (video + exchange kit). But still very annoying having to repair it after just 1 year of light use.

Which spare parts are needed to replace the hose of the P60 by a longer one?

I ordered a P60 Evo on the basis of positive reviews here and elsewhere on UA-cam. However, I feel the time has come to question the wisdom of recommending anything from this company given the appalling experience I have had from them. Order still not fulfilled after 2 months, Delays reported to be due to repeated machine failures they are trying to iron out or Red Sea delays. They don't communicate, especially with their retailers. They tell retailers to issue refunds without assuring the retailer they will be refunded. A total joke. I will be more than happy to update these comments if I hear something positive about my order but as it stands, if you are considering ordering an Ava product, from my experience my advice would be DON'T

Brilliant AVA! Impossible to see order and what way round the components fit.

I have a same issue too, I cant seem to open the P55 gun as the hole for the screws are too deep fpr any screw driver to work. Tried with different styles too.

This white orings is not working. What if I installed without it?

@avaofnorwayuk how do you fix a leaking gun on the p55? Its different than this model?

Same issue here with the two U pins. Can't get either of them in all the way, will need to try tomorrow with a hammer, but a bit scared of breaking something. Also, I noticed that the silvver screw that holds the Handle / tray in place has a hex head, so will need another tool for that since the tool supplied is a Torx key. Also, the installer failed to insert that screw all the way in in this video. Assembly video and instrcutions leave a lot of important info out. Not great.

Does ava p60 master have a pressure release valve or thermal release valve?

Good video but missing a couple of things. Is the U pin supposed to go all the way in as I can't get it past 50% with my fingers. Also there are 3 screws to fix the hose reel not 2.

Ava, please put 10 and 12 meter hoses on the P60 and P70 series. Will happily pay more for it.

No active cooling on the motor? How long can you use it before the overheat protection of the motor kicks in?
