My smart P60 is more noisy than my Nilfisk but still really happy with it now I’ve just took delivery of the Master P80 limited edition I’m hoping for even better things from AVA great update Jason 👍🏻
Thanks for watching Paul. Yes I saw that on your Instagram page, looks like a proper bit of kit that pressure washer, look forward to your thoughts on it 💪
My AVA P70 failed just after 13 months of minimal use, was really disappointed but have to say the after sales is amazing. As they were unable to repair had a new P70 delivered within a week. Nice work AVA !!!
Ah sorry to hear that happened. I really think it is luck of the draw sometimes with anything. But great to hear that you got a new machine and AVA sorted you out. You only hear the bad stuff but never the positive things 👍
Great vid mate. I am looking into a new pressure washer and im really stuck between the AVA, a karcher and the new BigBoi unit. This has given me some food for thought
Thanks for watching mate! Oh nice, it's hard to decide. I would probably go for the AVA as I've had a good experience with it but definitely check reviews for all of them and then make the best decision you can 💪
Thanks for that. Could you review the Ava bucket. Ive no idea on its capacity, how much you need before you even get over the grit guard, whether the features are useful or not. 35 is a lot for a bucket, even one as achingly cool as this one😂
Thanks for watching mate. You are really lining me up with videos, I still owe you the other video of the pH neutral Vs alkaline snow foam which I was trying to film this weekend but was a wash out! I can do a review on the bucket itself, might do a accessories video for AVA maybe of the products I have and then talk about the bucket in more detail. The bucket does seem a lot but it is definitely worth it in my opinion 👍
Thanks for watching! Yes you can service them yourself. So you can buy the kit or you can send it off for Ava to do it. Service is recommended after 5 years but as I use mine more then the regular user, most likely will need to do it sooner 👍
@@ValetSpecialist yeah there videos online how to service them. So it should be pretty easier and then you don't have to lose your machine for weeks while it's gone to get the service. Definitely better to do it yourself 💪
No mention of blown fuses? I have the exact same model and got it dec 2022 as well. I don’t use it often only couple times a month, but generally have to change the fuse after about every 4-5 uses of it. So end up changing fuse every couple month, I can live with that fuses are cheap enough and seconds to replace. But the last time I used the machine I changed the fuse 4 times within the first 15 mins of switching it on. I was ready to boot it across my driveway.
Thanks for watching! The reason I didn't mention it, is I've not had one fuse blow at all and I use it a lot! There must be a reason why it is happening so often as that is not normal, it shouldnt even happen once if all your electrics in the house and water pressure going to the machine is correct. If all that is good, I would have been sending it back to AVA for a replacement, as this isn't normal for the machine 👍
Ahh that's annoying, below I did the video I checked and they had stock. I'm not sure why they can't get stock tbh, hopefully they will get some soon 🤞
@@the_jnlt_channel I checked their German website- same lack of availability for parts and machines, either they have a massive problem with their suppliers or they might be going bust? Also seen lots of complaints of no response to emails and guarantee claims.
That's annoying! Yeah I've been noticing a lot lately as well, I've not had an issue with mine to have to deal with them but I have had others reach out to me and asked if I can help as they got nowhere with Ava. I guess its hit and miss 🤷🏻♂️
PLEASE DONT BE FOOLED ABOUT THE WARRANTY ITS BEEN 5 WEEKS IAM TRYING TO SORT OUT WARRANTY CLAIM MY GUN IS NOT WORING YOU ARE TALKING TO A EMAIL ITS NOT WORTH THE PAPER IT WRITTEN ON STICK TO KARCHER AT LEAST YOU TALK TO A HUMAN AND FOR PEOPLE WHO RELAY ON THE WASHER FOR WORK IT SAYS IT WILL TAKE 13-14 DAYS FOR A reply
Thanks for watching! Sorry to hear about your issues, I haven't had to use the warranty but that doesn't sound good at all. I hope you get it sorted soon 👍
Thanks for watching! I've not had an issue with mine, sorry to hear you have. Not had to deal with the warranty side of things myself, but they should replace or refund you if only used 4 time 👍
Ava service is great. They sell every bit of o-rings, seals, pump body etc dirt cheap on their website. Even guides to change almost everything. My P70 got a oil leak. They sent me a P90 V6 for free. Since it's Norwegian maybe the customer service is better here in Norway, IDK.
Over rated pile of junk £540.00 and gone bang after 20 minutes. No not the fuse issue that these. Machines are plagued with but as a consumer expected to follow a load of doos and don’t bullshit. Still at least I have a 2 week response time from so called customer support. Avoid plastic casing also looks like it will probably melt in the sun really cheap and nasty including the flashings from the moulding process Awful. Do not believe these sponsored reviews.
Each welcome to their opinion but I haven't had one issue and I know loads that also haven't. This isn't a sponsored review, they haven't asked me to do it. This is my own experience with it and that is why I have said about stuff I don't like. Thanks for watching 👍
Great update on the AVA. It does look like a great machine 😊
Thanks for watching mate, appreciate it 💪

Great vid mate it certainly held up well had a lot of abuse to 👍💪

Just been to their website and half their models are out of stock, most spares are out of stock as well, what is going on???

@@the_jnlt_channel Sounds more ominous to me, how can the manufacturer be out of stock of almost all their products?
