Gorgeous living room. The kitchen and Dining Room are perfectly designed..absolutely a perfect Floorplan and Layout and an excellent size home..Loving the light color kitchen cabinets..Really good size bedroom's...The closets are big enough for all of the clothes young kid's need..Like the square sink in the bathroom as well..This master bedroom is huge, plenty of room...The recess lighting is a major plus...I like the master bathroom as is. GREAT TOUR NATE AS ALWAYS...😂🌻🌞🌼☀️🌝
Hello Nate. Good video. For a young couple just starting out, this is a good deal for them. It's small, but workable. A little short in the kitchen area, but still workable, for a starter up; especially for the price, which isn't bad at all.. We wouldn't be able to use it as is. It's smaller than the one we are living in, and the one we're living in has Never been big enough! We've just been making do. But it was a good video and nice enough house. God bless you and your family.
Not too much thought in designing the home! Terrible layout andnthey could have at least put a ceiling fan in the living room! Thanks for the video, I appreciate the work you do in bringing them to us!
It's something in my price range, but, I need a bigger master bath, a nice shower. And the bath tub in the 2nd bathroom would need to be a 1 piece shower
Nice but living room is just weird. I'd have to put the TV next to the window so I can see it straight on and not having to turn sideways on the couch. Lol
Things I don't like, paneling instead of drywall. Very shallow stainless sinks in kitchen. Ugly vinyl flooring, exterior siding is buckled. Orientation of window behind sofa.
One thing I don't like about mobile homes, particularly the ones with large expanses of siding that's not broken up by windows is that the siding appears to be wavy and buckled. It doesn't lay flat and it gives the homes a cheap, ill-fitted look. I'm not knocking mobile homes and I totally plan to buy one but this bothers me
The shower heads are too high are in the bathrooms. I live in a mobile home so I say this from experience as a 5ft 2in female. kitchen cabinets are a problem. I cannot reach the top shelf at all so that's a wasted space for me.
I've never lived anywhere where I could reach the top shelf and I'm 5'2" as well. I keep a step stool close by. There's small one step ones like for kids that fits well underneath the kitchen sink. It folds up so it takes up so little space
Terrible layout. I can remember when a two bedroom bottom basic mobile house was $38k. Thanks for trying to show folks affordable options. Just a sad state of things these days
Where are you located? You would never get a home in Montana for 61K. The condemed house 3 blocks from me that had holes in the exterior walls and extra small lot just sold for 85K. He has to tear it down as it's not fixable after the tweakers ruined it with meth cooking. A move in ready home here that is 1200 sq ft is over 350K right now.
Perfect solution for a retiree or single parent on a limited budget. Beats the hell out of rent and it could be decorated nicely. Thanks Nate!

That was some right proper boot scooting boogie Nate! I think it's a good house plan for a person living alone.
Just perfect size for me! All it needs is a fireplace that’s all
Straight ahead & to the point.
Here ya go again.. Another TOP S/W...So Adorable...😊🌻🌞☀️🌼😃 Another Great Home Tour...
The delight is simple and very nice. It is affordable.
Thanks for the video I am looking for a small home like this so I will look into this thanks
You have the perfect home for a couple that I have ever seen! Teena
Definitely needs more windows thank you for sharing your video
not to shabby!
Thanks for sharing
Love your videos
Where is kitchen windows?? Setup use to be included ???my sister just got this hone. 60k for trailer 40k setup little extreme
Loving the lntro Music Tune on this Tour...😂
Wow, this is going back in time. One of my first ones.
pretty nice
Where is the shower head for the spare bathroom
Not sure
I just hate siding on a mobile home trailer it looks like crap on the back side of that trailer😢
Wish builders would think about steam & keep closets out of bathrooms! Please?
Saves time ironing
I love it
That kitchen desperately needs windows! I’m big on windows!😊
Not too much thought in designing the home! Terrible layout andnthey could have at least put a ceiling fan in the living room! Thanks for the video, I appreciate the work you do in bringing them to us!
how tall are ceilings in the bedrooms
8 1/2'
Poorly installed vinyl siding on the backside. Cheap Walmart like kitchen cabinets. You get what you pay for.

I would get depressed with no window in the kitchen.
Can you do upgrades? -Like add extra windows and dry wall or upgrade to a higher wind zone?

I would say, if the home has long stretches, check to see if the Hardy Board is an option. It won't look wavy like the vynyl.
@@NatesHomeTours yes that's an idea. Seems they would add a few more windows or architectural details that would break up those long walls of nothing.
Molding looks tacky . Would choose pickewood cabinets. Overall thumb down
.Cheap looking
because it is cheaper than most. Stands to reason. For the price it's a respectible home. Upgrades can happen over time.
Can just a shower be in the master bathroom
I don't see why not, most have that option now days.
Can I buy a lot and they will deliver? To California
Clayton homes has dealers in California
It needs a door on the utility room

No door on the master closet and zero coat closet and no, none, storage anywhere for any linens at all.
Not much windows
Look at all the buckled siding on this trailer boo
That is from shipping. When set up permanently they would fix all the siding.
Over all the cheapest trailer on the market. I would say after 5 yrs. Everything falls apart. I would not want this.
Closet too small in guest bedroom
Respectfully a little small
Cheap do not want
😝
Terrible layout. I can remember when a two bedroom bottom basic mobile house was $38k. Thanks for trying to show folks affordable options. Just a sad state of things these days
The average price of a new car is higher than 38k. I think you have to adjust your expectations to meet the times
Would not give $61,000 for that crap box!!!

It's less than the price of many vehicles.
Cheap looking
No don’t like it
