Honda Vision 110 oil strainer part 2

Advice on how to replace the spring-loaded cover for the oil strainer with less risk of crossing the thread. This method uses a 17mm open ended spanner while pressing with the other hand against the spring. In contrast, a 17mm socket ran the risk of crossing the thread as it was difficult to seat the cover properly - the brake cable prevented the socket being perpendicular to the aperture.
