as someone with really long loading screens, i *HATE* trying to speedrun captures for stuff like this. it feels like i spend more time in loading screens than actually playing the game for that reason i much prefer endless missions where i can take all the time i want racking up rewards without any interruptions. much better flow. for relics/aya in particular, my personal favorite is the cambian drift endless.
Hey, OW. For the armor you can rush it either anomaly in railjack or vomalysts during night on the plains. Almost hit tier 2 in one night rotation on plains.
The ephemera is literally the easiest. Just go into Elite Sanctuary with Saryn or Explosive Legerdemain Mirage with An Eidolon or Lua Lenz and just start leveling up Weapons and it’ll be a cake walk
wukong smoke on void capture, just took 50 sec for 1 relic volt/saryn on ESO for easy focus affinity replay incident archive on SUDA for sentient hunting so... EZPZ 😁
The ephemera is only time consuming because of the time gate in focus. But you can get your daily focus in like 30 minutes or less, and it only takes like 3 days to max out the ephemera

I just did defense in the void for relics.
You get a guaranteed relic at the end of each 5 waves.
25waves = 5 relics every time
Much slower than a relic every 2 mins

The thing about the ephemera is that you can put it on your operator. The cape/armor has too be on the warframe.

Eso is probably fastest, since you skip loading screens, or if it's boring to you level 5 deimos bounties get 3 to 5 shots at Aya on the tables
Railjack earth missions with the secondary objectives, minimum 2 relics with a possibility for 3 per run
I get a lot of relics from Railjack missions so I will do that when the time comes aka when I feel like it.

Ironically that was the easiest for me in my opinion it the armour and sysandana thats stumping me.
