Awesome coach! Good looking, plenty of space to hanging out with people! Love the bunks and the one above the drivers seat, Itsn't expensive.. a really good one! Thanks for this cool review Andrew.
THEY WILL NOT TELL THE RESERVE,THEY CAN LIFT IT AND TAKE LESS IF THE SELLER DECIDES TOO, NEXT IS WHAT IS THE "BUYERS FEES"??? IS THERE A BUYERS ADD ON PREMIUMS ALSO,DOCK FEES?? ALL ADDITIONAL FEES??? THIS CAN MAKE A BIGGGG DIFFERENCE IN THE FINAL COST!!!!!❤😊
@@ScottAles I thought it was a different floorplan, but the more I looked at it the more I liked it. Not in need of a bunk coach, but it would be useable for storage and dogs, and I like the 2 full baths. Don't listen to these clowns!
@@ScottAles My only gripe is, why do production coach builders keep putting the DEF fill on the passenger side? I'm a truck driver, have they never been to a truck stop where the diesel and DEF are on the same pump,on the drivers side?
Full Freightliner and product warranties. The standard Forest River coach warranty is 1 year. These will sell for multiple hundreds of thousands less than MSRP. How much can go wrong to cost hundreds of thousands?
@@ScottAlesmost new expensive coaches sell for hundreds of thousands off MSRP…..as you should know by now MSRP is whatever the manufacturer wishes it to be. A big dealer putting brand new expensive RVs into an auction is a red flag… I realize you have a dog in this fight
@URKlewless Ahh... I've been selling high valued assets for 40 years at auction. Red flag? Yes, the flag designates a great opportunity! Not everyone is a candidate to buy at auction. We're not marketing to folks who prefer a traditional sale. Fully respect that preference. We're in front of 30k-50k buyers this week at Mecum. We've sold over a half dozen $200k to $1mm coaches at Mecum Auctions in the past. Might as well keep doing what works. And I'm not a Big dealer. Just my wife and myself for 40+ years. No big deal.
100% agree, there will be details to tend to. While I have personally driven each coach and operated all the slides, shades, leveling, electrical, and heating systems, there's likely a number of things to tend to in the first months and miles of operation. Currently, they are fully functional and at least driven 1,300 miles without incident.
And NO pre delivery inspection. With a reported reserve at $400k, plus buyer’s fees/premium +/-~10%, it would appear that this “deal” is around 35% below MSRP. Is this a deal?
Nice video keep up the great work Andrew Steel
Hello again Andrew great bus 😊

Reserve is $400k. There you go.
But I reserve the right to lower it!
$400k plus auction house fees +/-~10%, your looking at $440,000. That’s only about 35% below MSRP for an orphan coach with no warranty. Mehhhhh

NO WARRANTY from the manufacturer!!!! My understanding is there is always warranty work that needs to be completed after purchasing a new RV
Full Freightliner and product warranties. The standard Forest River coach warranty is 1 year. These will sell for multiple hundreds of thousands less than MSRP. How much can go wrong to cost hundreds of thousands?

Buyer/Bidder be ware…1300 miles isint enough for a “shakedown” especially if it hasn’t been slept in yet

Is the DEF fill on the left side?
Is it ever? only on the high dollar coaches where the buyer realizes how much of a pain it is to put the DEF on the right side.
The tank is on the passenger side, but there is also a fill point on the driver's side!
It’s called Kissimmee, not kissamee
No Warranty you can keep it👁️👁️🤦🏾♂️✌🏾🤷🏽😳😳😳😳😳

Only the coach works have no warranty. The entire driveline and chassis are under full warranty. As well as all product warranties.
This is amazing
I’d say the reserve would be $375000ish
Dine nice
Furniture and cabinets look like they came out of a cheap bumper pull. Is this a new satire series following the SC video?
This is a “Luxury” motorhome as per the title.
Cabinets are solid wood with dovetail joints. Upholstery is modest, I would agree.
Did it sell
They run across the auction block this Sunday.
I don’t know if this would be worthwhile. No warranty plus the buyer’s auction fees, it will be interesting to,see what the reserve is.
$400k
It's easy to see why new went straight to auction.
Having nothing good to say is best to not say anything.
We bought 4 of them. Sold 2 in less than 1 week. These are the last 2 we have.
The motorcoach's to al barsha 3
Andrew you must of sold out to do this hustle. You come across like a shill at a carnival.
Show us a coach that can sleep 4 adults and 4 children in beds with 2 full baths, 45' and 450hp. New 2025 under $450k. 🤷♂️
What is the reserve??
Less than dealer cost
$400k
So this is sold???
Going through the auction on Sunday
No, they both go across the auction block this Sunday.
$200,000 cash today. Right now.
Great, sign up and place your bid. Maybe you'll get it!
Lol
What kinda vid presenter doesnt tell the brand of an RV?
1:22 and 15:18, Forest River....
At least twice he mentioned it.
