I followed your tutorial and ended up with a very clean and greased rear derailleur. However during reassembly I used an Allen key to torque the b screw plate back into position. When I tried to put b screw back into place it would barely go in without a lot of force. Do u think that I knackered the female threads during the step with using Allen key? Ever have this happen before? Your thoughts?
It's been a month and I tinkered with it the derailleur this afternoon. Turns out it either there was dirt or whatever in the threads of b plate where screw goes. Cleaned with a q tip and now b screw goes in fine.
thankyou😃
Wow, thanks.

the same thing over and over again hahahahahaha
Yh it’s pretty repetitive but I like derailleurs. I got builds (ms racing, cinder cone, peugeot grisley, marin team) and forks (fimaco, vls spring, quadra, mag 20/21) coming up.
