Just worked through this with my own example - even worse than your example top, this had deep folds under the breasts but I wanted to dForce it as well - the deep under-breast folds did not fall out in dForce. The good news is that even if you create the morph to smooth things out, the dForce still works. It's going to take a while to get used to Blender but I'm liking it. That vertex option is gone in version 4 (again).
