They are so many squatters for hire in the Athi Rivee area who work with land grabbing cartels abd politicians. In the past these groups had even tried to grab JKIA land, after which they sold the land to innocent purchaser- leading to Sykomau demolitions in 2011 by Kibaki government.

Hon Wavinya Ndeti ako na Ka ukweli.JKIA land is different scenario from EAPC land because unless the planning of this country about government land and parastatals land was not clear,the land in dispute got a title deed in the name of the said community not Portland,how so?
Then, how did KCB grant a huge loan to the Portland company using the land a collateral without obtaining the title deed to safeguard their interests.?
