You could put a chair between the two closets in the boys' room, with a picture above. And the wallpaper in Evonnie's room looks like it will never get dated.
The rooms are beautiful! Love the cross stitch your mom did ❤Tip , if Evonne’s dresses that come apart at the seam are knits your seamstress might not know to sew a zigzag stitch. Straight stitching on knits the thread has no stretch so when the fabric stretches the thread will pop . It need to be a fairly wide zig zag .

Both of the kids' rooms turned out amazing! I have to admit though that Evonnie's room was my favorite ~ being somewhat of a 58 year old girly girl at heart (I love the pink tones and the floral prints and patterns). I also love that you combined some vintage pieces (like the cross stitch wall art and your childhood dolls) with more modern elements. Great job Megan and Josh!!
You may want to keep the vitamins somewhere out of the sun. Light and heat can sometimes degrade supplements. That’s why some manufacturers, especially high end, package them in dark brown glass.
The rooms look great Megan. The cross stich that was yours is a wonderful piece & looks beautiful in her room. You're right the kids are lucky lil ducks. LOL ❤❤❤

It looks so fun to do up your kids rooms! We live in military housing but I can’t wait to have our own home one day and give our children personalized rooms.
I’m late to the party because I’m behind on your videos. I’m just here to say that the no fold system has CHANGED MY LIFE. I have two daughters (4 and 2), and I’ve done the no-fold method since I first heard you mention it about 3 years ago. I save so much time! Thank you for all of your helpful hints over the years!
How lovely both room are. I love the new with some of the old mix in both as well. Hard to believe it's 4 years since you moved into this house. Where has the time gone 😊
My daughter's are 13 months apart, and always shared a room, I never had issues with them sharing one, and nap time/ bedtime was literally a snap, I shut the lights out, and as soon as I snapped my fingers they knew it was time to make no more noise, I have always used that as a sign to be quite, so once I did that and shut the door, it was time to sleep.
My girls liked " stuff" too..... I made a stuffed animal/ dolly " tree" I put a pole in the room and wrapped it in ribbon, then used clothes pins to attach stuffed toys and small dolls and soft balls....ect it helped keep things off the floors, as well as as they grew it changed to a picture pole, for saving their own artwork.
And thank you for always being real, showing your mess is just real life, we ALL HAVE IT!! No one is exempt!! I truly appreciate you! As I had mentioned I have daughter's, but they are grown adults now ( almost 30 and 28) I would have treasured having your vlogs then...... seeing how you do things and that your livyour life in reality, I felt very inadequate a lot, I know that your videos help others and many mothers are enriched by your ideas and thoughts! Thank you so much for sharing!!❤❤❤

Wow- the kid's rooms look amazing! Hope they keep them organized for a long time to come. That's always been my kids' struggle- keeping a tidy room. I love decluttering and reorganizing- you can't beat that fresh feeling you get from it. Looking forward to watching this one- I need fresh ideas to start the new year.

My favorite thing in your little girl's room is that picture of the castle. I LOVE that. When I was a little girl I would have been ecstatic to have that hanging in my room. I also think the needlepoint wall hanging that your mother made is very special. I'm sure this is one of your most prized possessions. I love the look of the boys' room too. I look forward to seeing how both of these rooms change as your children start adding their own touches to them.

Several years ago I first learned your trick of not folding the children’s clothes and I finally adopted it for myself… game changer! I had four “four and under” and always need smart tips to keep things efficient! Thank you for the inspiration to make new changes in my home. Praying for your pregnancy! Instead of trashing wornout clothing, they can be recycled for textiles, insulation etc. This reuses the fabric and reduces the amount that goes in the landfill! Drop them in a Planet Aid bin or Greendrop.😊
I always try and have everything done that can possibly be prepped for Xmas by 1 December. Just so I can enjoy all the events and activities throughout December. It makes me less stressed, happier and more present to enjoy alongside kiddo’s! So glad you are sharing this to all your followers.

OMG I died inside when you said you dump laundry. Hey I get everyone has to do what works for them but oh that hurt. Our clothes are all hung on velvet hangers, all organized from pants to short sleeve to long sleeve and all in ROY G BIV color order. My towels are all rolled neatly (yes even my dog towels & blankets), my sock and underwear are rolled int he drawers. And I have all clear acrylic organizing bins. It is not about looks to me but a system!

You are so sweet and funny. You must think we haven’t been there. We have 6 children all within 10 years. Bedrooms were often a last gasp. But, finally it all works out. Relax, slow down, exhale, and know we have all been there. You are loved.
So pretty. Thanks for sharing. How about a small kid-size table and chairs in the center of the boys' room? It could be a good spot to sit and play while you are working on other things upstairs. My kids love to work on 'projects' at their own table. Keep up the good work !!

Sharing a room will be great! Its completely normal and good for kids. I shared on and off growing up and now we have 2 girls and 2 boys that each share.

Great job! I love both rooms.
Since the boys room is so large, you can put baby boy#3 with his brothers when older. You can put in bunk beds or turn Miller's bed along the other wall and put another bed between him and the closet doors. You'll just have to move the dressers but there is plenty of room. Or you can put desks in for the boys till then. As well as desk in Evonnie's room as she gets older.
keep the cubes for off season clothes or a place for the boys to keep their special trinkets

My husband and his brother (4 years older) shared a room their entire lives until they were 18&22. Some of his best memories of are of their late night talks and time spent just hanging out together. We have 2 kids, boy and girl but if they were the same, we’d have them share just to encourage that sweet sibling bond ❤
I've always been a sticker to not decorate for Christmas until after Thanksgiving. But I'm beginning to rethink that strategy. For starters, I'm going to declutter our Christmas decor when putting it away. My girls like to decorate their room and are always digging into my things. For starters, I'm going to give them their own tote. I love that you are getting your children's rooms done before new baby comes. That will help your peace of mind so much!

Yes we also had a calm and enjoyable Christmas , mainly because my granddaughter decorated our Christmas tree, my son and his wife cooked the Christmas dinner , and we could sing carols in a candlelit church. I love your energy and am trying not to envy it ! But at 75 years I have to be thankful for my health and for the many kindnesses that God has bestowed on us . Xxx
