    I have a question...
Can we just grow them without any support and let them continue growing touching the ground?

I have mine on the ground now and am considering trellising them to attract pollinators

You can but they are more likely to be eaten by bugs or get too wet from moisture and rotten

Id watch more vids but you never talk about the soil. Every other channel starts out with that bit of info. Love your ideas but dude what is your soil mixture???

a easy google search would solve your problem.. ill help you if youre too lazy google your grow zone and what environment cantaloupe thrives in.. mimic that! If not then google Building a soil and customize it to appease the melons

@propaganja7264 it's not just this vid. I don't care what zone etc. I want to know what type of soil mixture he's using. It's weird that almost everyone else discusses this except this channel.

@@johnshopkins554just get a good potting soil with nutrients and or add an all purpose fertilizer. I’ve grown them and it’s really easy.

90 days is the ripened timeframe so I'm thinking this is a variety that's not usually grown in the
U.S. or possibly a hybrid of some sort.
