    iT LITERLLY TOOK ME YEARS TO GET IT SET UP THE WAY i NEED IT AND THEN THEY CHANGED THE APP AND NOW I CANT DO ANYTHING, Half of the time at least one of the lights says not available and the app freezees up.

    some of my lights will randomly disconnect from the wifi and then it seems impossible to reconnect.. any help?

    I have those lights for around 3 years. Had to re-setup due the wifichange and this Wiz 2 doesn't work at all. The start setup button on (0:21) doesn't do anything.

    I've had wiz lights for years. The beginning it took a while to setup, but then ran smoothly for years after. Now, version 2 app, I've had to update wifi settings and none of my lights work at all. No support. UA-cam had no help on this. Just endless comments like mine. With users struggling to connect. Why update the app when it was not ready for a release???

    Hey I have an issue that I really need help with. So I bought ur light strip and I plugged it in, I then downloaded the app and then logged in and made a home. After that I wanted to pair my lights but when I pressed pair lights absolutely nothing happened. So I had to press “do it later” then it didn’t automatically find my light. And when I pressed the plus it said “Cannot create device please enable wifi before adding new devices” Please explain.

      Regarding the sunset/sunrise feature, we currently do not have such feature yet in both our WiZ Legacy and the WiZ Connected application.

    After 2 hours of messing around, just trying to get them to turn off and on together, I finally got them to connect. In the end, there is too much of a learning curve. Cheaper lights are simpler and more straightforward. Didn't even waste time trying to set up the motion sensor feature (that caused more issues with getting them to turn on and off). If you can't get the basic function of a light to stay consistent, then it is not worth the hassle.

    I was trying to connect the app to the lightbulb and when it says start set up, you can’t press it so I had to press the other button and it can’t connect anything from that and 15$? and I tried troubleshooting and doing a full app reset. Nothing works.

    Please introduce a vacation mode for homes where one can automate lights to turn on and go off multiple times, for any duration in a home with wiz devices. Cant believe theres nothing like this already in the app

    What are default password for the device wifi, in manual mode what password for wifi i should give? Nowhere that detail is mentioned.

    Don’t bother - the app is completely unusable so I can’t change the lights at all. Immediately returned and ordered from a brand people actually recc.

    Hi,
    I want to create 2 scheduled tasks a day:
    1 - Turn on lights with 15 minutes delay dimmed sunrise until full power / 2 - switch off.
    3 - Turn on / 4 - switch off with 15 minutes delay dimmed sunset until fully switch off.
    Is this possible with WIZ app ?

    Like many, unable to connect my brandnew bulb lights and led strip. Wasted 2 hours. How can it be so hard in 2024 to connect these expensive lights while cheap Ali Baba lights work flawlessly!?

    Everyone in the comments saying this app is unusable. Instead of saying to troubleshoot maybe take a look at your app and suggest that it may be your fault and not the user.

    Wiz 2 app is unusable, unstable, and glitchy. Could not complete setup. No text wrap for on-screen text, “buttons” that weren’t associated with any action, etc. atrocious and frustrating first look of Wiz system. Had to use legacy app to setup.

    This is terrible I’m going to return my two light bulbs I bought. I tried to set it up, and the app is so bad. You try to press on any button and nothing. It’s a waste of money

    I am a university student who paid $50 for this light bulb at Home Depot. I have tried many LED-type bulbs and strips and I have to say this is the worst LED bulb I have ever bought. i am a UX major and I'm learning how to make an app a better user experience and i will defentily suggest this as a study on what not to do. the whole conect to the bulb wifi thing is very irratating and sketchy

    The new app sucks, tried to intregrate witb google home thats confusing can't rename rooms, accesing moods and scenes aren't easy now. Beforw it was just so simple

      I'm seeing alot of bad reviews, I hope you are able or capable of fixing the app.
      I would like to know of I can schedule a bulb to be lit 12 -4 pm in blue then 5-11 p.m. on a pink? I can't seem to get it to work

    I do all the steps correctly but at the last moment it starts blinking red what is this . I have tried hundreds of times never buying from you again . These lights were $60

    AVOID THESE LIGHTS. IT'S SO HARD TO USE THIS PRODUCT. THE MENUS ARE OVERLY COMPLICATED. TRYING TO DO SOMETHING SIMPLE IS SO HARD. THEY THINK OFFERING 100 OPTIONS IS GREAT. IT'S CONFUSING. WHO WANTS TO SPEND 2 HRS TRYING TO GET LIGHTS TO WORK.

    Doesn’t initiate start setup. Redownloaded app. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth both on ad just doesn’t initiate. Biulb is in pulse mode as well. Trash

    NEVER BUYING WIZ AGAIN!!! Incompatible with the app that runs everything else I have. Im not installing a separate app for each bulb in my ceiling light. That’s absolutely absurd. Right in the trash.

    i consider myself fairly advanced in technology but this app and bulb make me feel like someone born in the 60's. I do not recommend this bulb. it is trash. i hope i can get my money back.

    WiZ bulb lights are the worst smart bulbs I've ever seen. Impossible to pair when you need to reset them. Now I use them as overpriced normal lights. So stop buying WiZ lights!!! Signify stock will crash and burn

    Complete trash, bought 5x new bulbs, two different brands and none will pair. Spent like 7 hours troubleshooting and trying to pair, and nothing works. Also, part of the video is missing, the part at the end where once the light is added to a room, it switches to saying 'device is offline and cannot be controlled' because that's the only thing mine ever do.
