Can you address fixing a problem. My Formuler 11 Pro Max can't find my LAN connection even though I've confirmed that the router it is connected to is working fine. The network connection shows the ethernet is connected. The only error I can find is with the Software Update. It shows a red window with a series of error messages. Any ideas?
Hi there....Thanks for the informative videos. I have Formler Z11 Pro Max and recently I am getting an error message saying: "A Network Error has Occurred." It tries 5 times and I don't get anything after that. My system has completely stop working. Any pointer help would be appreciated.
I am having problems with my z8, when I change channels on it I keep getting a blank a creen and have to keep restarting the box, I was told to do a factory reset but it's still the same, any ideas how to sort this problem, I'm using my online tv2.
@@rohasstreamingtech no new app but it was working fine for the last 2 years and only recently after watching any program when I go to change channels I just get a blank screen and have to restart the box.
Hi there, my formuler won't connect to the server, updates are checked...UA-cam and browser work just not the live TV. I hope this makes sense as I'm not very technical minded. Thank you and if you have any suggestions they would be greatly appreciated.

Might be the device stuck in a loop. You ask them if they can send a different update? Maybe needs a patch

Have you tried to see if a different app works better?
