    Well this is the video I can't miss. Based on my expierience I have to agree.
    Ideas happen when body is busy but brain wanders off to the distance. Right now we do the opposit. We make our brain busy watching memes and yt videos while our bodies degrade unused.

    The shower or the toilet. Those are the two places that seem to be when ideas come flooding into mind. I've even began to keeping my phone within reach, so I can transfer those thoughts to my bullet journal.
    Great video as usual and I look forward to reading the full blog on the website! Have a great evening.

      Yup ditto! In fact often when I start getting a good idea I find I then need to run to the loo. That bit is particularly weird!

      @@TheBioneer This is the bit where, if I were wiser than I really am, I would mention something about causation and possibly correlation, though the latter doesn't mean the former. However, I have pondered both points recently.

    Imagine having big skull by hydrocephalus disease and than developing extraordinarily big and complex brain. Did you hear about that kid who was borned with only 2% of the brain and then his brain grew back after inserting drainage and forceful mental training? I read that the border of efficiency for human brain capacity is 3500cm3.

    Ideas related to subject tend to emerge when brain is in rest, but the body isn't.
    Like daydreaming.
    Walking is the best practice for the brain to relax and body to be active.
    Greatest ideas are end products of countless hours of practice.
    Input: relevant info
    Output: original idea
    Conversations help forming connections between the information.

      Exactly what i was thinking.I spend the last year climbing trees and i saw huge improvements in strength and it had carryover in calisthenics as well.Meaning i could do different variations of musle ups almost one arm pull ups and other things as well.My back and forearms got huge and when i was climbing trees the pump after was crazy.Also it is a fun way to train and even now i enjoy it more than anything else.

    You should do a Bane episode (since he grew up in a prison cell) and do a body weight workout regime. Like what you can only do with your body and a bed or a chair.

  • @melihkarakaya79
    @melihkarakaya79 5 років тому +1

    great video again! mostly, important ideas came to me while I'm doing volume calisthenics training to failure. maybe adrenaline or similar hormones trigger the "fast way of thinking". which Robert Greene talks about in his book called "mastery". but I'm not sure, it's just what happens to me on the verge of blacking out from doing hardcore push-ups :D

    • @TheBioneer
      @TheBioneer  5 років тому +1

      Interesting! That somewhat goes against the notion of relaxation for creativity, but I should check out that book :-)

    • @melihkarakaya79
      @melihkarakaya79 5 років тому

      the book mostly does not cover the relationship between adrenaline and ideation but in a little section he tella about monks being so lazy and their master teaches them to train their body so that males them suffer and thus develop their minds with the help of the suffering of the body. maaaaybe that's a little bit related to my case. once when I was on the last rep, I came to a conclusion about life and how it can go without anything else, kinda justified loneliness. this type of important ideas, or to say, conclusions comes to me time to time. but the book is must-read, tou can even make a video about it, great book!

    Sorry, but it’s a myth, that Dmitri Mendeleev created a periodic table after falling into a dream… Dmitri was trying to create his table a lot of years and he denied a legend about creating a table into dream…
    Also if you’ll try to find some examples of previous periodic tables of other scientists, you’ll find that they are similar.
    P.S you channel is still awesome😃

    • @nikitakornienko1441

      Джеймс Мориарти yes, it’s a myth created by Alexander Inostransev
      Even in a magazine “Петербургский листок” Dmitri was very rude with journalists and said that it was just “a stupid legend”

    The reason why walking is one of the best stimuli for a brain boost and new ideas I think is because you’re purposely taking an action where for some reason you’re brain becomes focused in the very moment and it’s specially good when you’re walking in a jungle or park as you’re brain is getting stimuli from essential chemicals released by plants and trees. Walking is very efficient for good brain health and jogging is also very good in the morning for oxygen for the brain and overall heart and body. Even better is meditation as you’re brain’s always busy in different thoughts and the purpose of meditation is to focus your brain only on one particular thought and that’s when you realise how unstable your brain is so the more meditation you do the better the brain as well as body health. The mind is the body and the body the mind

  • @igneous061

    i always go nuts when people say to "unlock full potential of brain"....i mean there are stuff you just must not have conscious controll over.....just try to think about feeling every single nerve fireing off from the inside of your body, stomach whining about need to pass food to next part of digestive system.....kidneys whining about kidney stuff.....dont get me started with bladder......please, quit with that misunderstanding about trying to "unlock" that hidden potential or that certain percentige of brain usage......we all use brain all the time but not consciously....all of it is used.....
