How to make Egg Roll

The egg roll is an amazing breakfast choice that's loaded with protein. It's a nutrient-packed recipe that's not only healthy but also tasty. Give it a try and let me know what you think!
Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 1 onion
- 1 green chili
- A pinch of turmeric powder
- A pinch of Garam masala
- Salt (as per taste)
- Chili powder (as per taste)
- Roti atta
Method:
1. In a bowl, mix the egg, turmeric powder, Garam masala, salt, chili powder, chopped onions, and green chilies.
2. Roll out a roti and heat it on a pan.
3. Once it's cooked from one side, flip it and pour the egg mixture on it.
4. Cook it well from both sides.
Egg roll is ready to enjoy!

Never added garam masala before, I’ll follow your suggestion next time.
After pouring egg cover it with lid for two mins , by steam the egg will get cooked little, so that when flipping chapathi it will not over flow or break.

Aunty … u could have applied the egg mixture on both sides of the chapati … that way it would have been proper egg roti .. and I don’t know about ghee but butter would have gone well with Egg … 😊😊😊
