It is a great one off guide for learning the simple trick to reduce your blood pressure minus the normal expense. Hi simple nursing! I just want to express my gratitude to you/your channel. I just recently passed NCLEX and I used most of your videos during my review. I am Pre Hypertension with Brachycardia of just 49bpm when minimal safe is 60 -80bpm for adult males.

Hi, I'm not sure whether or not I have officially been diagnosed with hypertension, but whenever I go to the doctor's office, my heart starts pounding, and I can feel my blood pumping and rushing through my body. When they do need to take my blood pressure, one or both of my numbers are usually above the range where they should be. Recently, I have begun doing fasting/liquid diet in the days leading up to my doctor's appointments (if I had them scheduled far enough in advance), and have had much better blood pressure numbers.
It could be white coat syndrome as well , which is basically giving high BP readings while at the doctor's office and normal at home. Have they ever mentioned this?
@@ambermcclarty7988 I have actually mentioned to them that this is what happens when I go in for an appointment.
