- Honestly, not a bad riff. It sounds like it would belong right on death magnetic

This is such an 80s Metallica riff. It makes me think that the main problem with their new albums is the sound mixing. Way too much going on, so the riffs get buried and it all sounds really flat
I think the main problem is the tone, there are so many mids and so little treble it sounds really weak and ruins these great songs
100% correct.
This album is actually like my second favorite behind kill em all. Happy theyre doing this sound again!!
The last time I came this early was my honeymoon
The bridge riff is way thrashier imo. That riff in Ab is such an odd key change as well. Kirk for the win! 🙌🏼
I thought 72 seasons was heavier then any mid 90's and 2000's albums. Has that kill'em all feel kimda.
that tone is absolutely amazing imo
Holy shit that tone is incredible. Is this an isolated track or is this you?
I guess its him
Son pg HTSD
Kirk riff 🔥🔥🔥
sound very simular like hardweird or that was your life
I've noticed that there wasn't much of a change in tone from HTSD to 72S, especially in the drums. If you play the "Spit Out The Bone" intro and the "If Darkness Had A Son" intro next to each other, they sound extremely similar.
@@pissballwhistlefart The production is literally the exact same on both albums
@@x8nis Not just the sound, but what he plays. Bass drum plays once every 4th bar and the Snare is played 4 times every Bass drum hit.
What song is from?
Crazy Train
72 Seasons I think
It’s the opening riff of 72 Seasons
It’s from 72 Seasons yeah
@@amefta3972it says 72 seasons in the title lol
