First time I heard tGojira was live at a day festival when I was 16. It was a small outdoor festival in the middle of my city on a hot summer's day.
Explosia was their opening song. This song filled me with so many raw emotions, I still have vivid memories of how I felt because of this song.
It's still my favourite song of theirs a decade later!

I really appreciate your comment about Joes vocals live. He gets a little push back about sounding fatigued trying to replicate the album, and he does have to improvise quite a bit live for the vocals. But damn if he doesn’t put his ALL into it. Best live performance I’ve ever seen in person. Even the videos on UA-cam pull you in.
