    On the night that Jay was arrested, Adnans cell phone pinged at lincoln park, and at the place where her car was left.
    Who do you think that was if not adnan pannicking and deciding to go check if cops were at either place? Dont give me the "cell towers arent reliable" line. He pinged those places exactly twice, ever, out of thousands of tower pings. So..............who was it?

    I think Adnan just proved that the trial and his defence were poorly handled. He didnt prove his innocence however

    • @BabylonPatrol
      @BabylonPatrol Рік тому +13

      That's incorrect. He showed that the library witness persuaded the court that he couldn't have done it.
      The timeline was always extremely controversial and compressed with no evidence or witnesses for him going with her to that parking lot.
      what has long been debunked is the entire jay testimony. he was paid off and actually coached as in dictated what to say by cops. it's incredible detective work to uncover that. worth listening to.

      ... and the DNA evidence. I think there's male DNA on her clothes or in the car.
      It's not Adnans DNA.
      Of course, there was never any good reason to suspect him.

      @blakebrothers3984 to prove one’s innocence is going way beyond the legal standard for a conviction; it is the prosecution’s responsibility to prove the defendant’s guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. Imagine an innocent person who was completely alone for several days in a row but was set up by others for a crime during that window. It would seem impossible for this person to “prove” their innocence to anyone

    • @imanchamma1891
      @imanchamma1891 Рік тому +5

      DNA excludes him amongst other facts and evidence. His downfall was that he wasn’t given a fair trial because of prosecutorial misconduct. They committed a Brady violation. That’s huge in deciding the outcome of a case. What he’s doing here is showing a pattern of misconduct by said prosecutors. What people need to understand is that, in trial, it’s not whether the defendant is actually guilty or innocent. It’s whether the prosecution can prove beyond a reasonable doubt that he is guilty. The defendants job is to poke holes in the prosecution theory and case. It NEEDS a to be a level playing field. If you are familiar with actual facts of adnans trial, anyone can see he wasn’t given a fair trial.

    Adnan has the worst luck ever, it's too bad his ex-girlfriend was strangled but not robbed or sexually assaulted and the body hidden just days or hours after making their breakup final. And then also very unlucky that Adnan's good friend that he loaned his car and phone to on the day of Hae's murder decided to conspire with police to implicate Adnan and what was really impressive about Jay's lies is that he knew things only the murderer or someone working with the murderer could know. It's so unfair that Adnan was charged with Hae's murder despite all the evidence that implicates him, why didn't the cops hunt for someone else despite all the evidence pointing to Adnan? I'll tell you why, it's because they were jealous of Adnan, I mean look at his strong arms, why he could snap me in two pretty easily, but he could never hurt a girl who just broke his heart, that never happens in real life ever when girls leave their possessive controlling boyfriends.

    The Prosecutors Podcast did their job and did it well...they did exactly what the Prosecutors in 2000 did except in the court of public opinion..they took all the evidence that takes you away from Adnan, and said that's garbage because we have Jay..they then made you sympathetic towards Jay and ignore his lies which bring doubt in the case..while at the same time admitting Jay lies but hes dumb and he lies so what? Just believe us..Adnan did it through process of elimination and Jay's lies which you can Ignore cuz that's what he does. The overall story is there you just have to sift through it...oh the timeline he lied about? Well just move the come and get me call to after 3pm..oh the trunk pop? Forget about where it happened and what time..all that matters it that it happened? Same with the burial..look Adnan is an evil narcissist psycho who killed his ex girlfriend and made Asia McClain write his alibi letter for him and then wrote one back and her type it up and made sure she misspells his name cuz she's also a dummy..oh and the calls after Jay got arrested..that's definitely Adnan panicking that jay got arrested and calling Jay's friends..who Adnan didn't know..but forget about it he did it anyway cuz his big brown cow eyes are just evil

    - cell phone data WAS accurate and it placed him right there. Not based on incoming calls but outgoing. He went right to the crime scene the day after!
    - he not once tried to help find Hae! Never once tried to even call her-despite calling incessantly the night before.
    - Jay was obviously involved as he knew where the car was. Adnan was there too, there was zero motive for Jay to do this on his own.
    - Adnan’s lending his phone and car to Jay (who wasn’t even a close friend, according to Adnan, is just a setup. Adnan knew exactly what he was about to do.
    - He was/is a jealous F__K and didn’t want Hae dating another person. He was too proud as a devout Muslim to let her be with someone else
    - I’m glad he’s already spent 20 years in jail and his life is ruined. He’ll be back in jail soon anyway.

    • @truth3554
      @truth3554 Рік тому +8

      First of all the case isn't as clear as you're claiming it to be.
      The cell phone data was wrong, presented in the first trial, later on got changed and Jay's story changed with it, which is suspicious and not normal. Jay wasn't a trustable witness, his story changed so many times, and didn't match other witness's testimony either.
      If being her Ex boyfriend makes Adnan Syed a suspect, then it makes Don the current Boyfriend the suspect too. If not contacting her on the day she went missing makes Adnan Syed a suspect then the same thing makes the Boyfriend Don the suspect too, because he was supposed to meet her on the day she went missing. Don did not tried to contact her either. When we are suppose to meet someone and they don't show up we try to contact them to find out the reason, but he didn't do that either...
      Adnan Syed had an alibi. Some would claim she wasn't trustworthy, then Don's alibi isn't trustworthy either, because his mother was the manager of the place he was working in, a fake alibi can be used...
      Jay was apparently fed information... there are tapes proving it.
      Adnan Syed lending his car to Jay to get Stephenie his friend a Birthday gift makes sense and the phone was in the car, which wasn't lended to Jay, he forgot the Phone in the car...
      He wasn't a devoted Muslim at the time, because Islam does not allow Muslims to date, do drugs etc. He was completely astray from Islamic rules and teachings.
      Someone who acually believes in justice would not only care about the person Killed but also would want the actual Killer to be in the prison and not just anyone.
      A person who acually believes in justice would want answers for all the misconduct, and to be investigated and a new fair trail should be held to clear all the doubts and find the actual killer... and justice to be served.
      English is not my native language, if I made any mistakes, sorry in advance...

He strikes me as someone who wants to be seen in a certain light so he portrays himself to be someone to be admired. He set this entire thing up so Jay could take the fall for everything. He didnt anticipate Jay being one step ahead of him. He had almost everyone else fooled: his parents, family, classmates, the Islamic community and the citizens who initially believed in his innocence and donated to the innocence project. Adnan has made public appearances talking about everything involving this case except the note he wrote to Hae; why he was late for class; why his phone pinged at the burial site and the location to where Hae’s car was, etc. There are too many unexplained details for me to believe Adnan is innocent.

It was a murder trial and his bail was set ridiculously high and the police office asked if he had the money and Durst’s reply was “well not on me”. I think bail really depends on the case and if they think there’s a chance the defendant will flee. In Durst’s case he ran. Whether he would’ve been able to pay the bail or not, it sounds like they used the fact that he was of middle eastern descent as the main reason for denying him bail, not because of his character or past crimes, which I also believe is a factor.
