On the night that Jay was arrested, Adnans cell phone pinged at lincoln park, and at the place where her car was left. Who do you think that was if not adnan pannicking and deciding to go check if cops were at either place? Dont give me the "cell towers arent reliable" line. He pinged those places exactly twice, ever, out of thousands of tower pings. So..............who was it?
That's incorrect. He showed that the library witness persuaded the court that he couldn't have done it. The timeline was always extremely controversial and compressed with no evidence or witnesses for him going with her to that parking lot. what has long been debunked is the entire jay testimony. he was paid off and actually coached as in dictated what to say by cops. it's incredible detective work to uncover that. worth listening to.
... and the DNA evidence. I think there's male DNA on her clothes or in the car. It's not Adnans DNA. Of course, there was never any good reason to suspect him.
@blakebrothers3984 to prove one’s innocence is going way beyond the legal standard for a conviction; it is the prosecution’s responsibility to prove the defendant’s guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. Imagine an innocent person who was completely alone for several days in a row but was set up by others for a crime during that window. It would seem impossible for this person to “prove” their innocence to anyone
DNA excludes him amongst other facts and evidence. His downfall was that he wasn’t given a fair trial because of prosecutorial misconduct. They committed a Brady violation. That’s huge in deciding the outcome of a case. What he’s doing here is showing a pattern of misconduct by said prosecutors. What people need to understand is that, in trial, it’s not whether the defendant is actually guilty or innocent. It’s whether the prosecution can prove beyond a reasonable doubt that he is guilty. The defendants job is to poke holes in the prosecution theory and case. It NEEDS a to be a level playing field. If you are familiar with actual facts of adnans trial, anyone can see he wasn’t given a fair trial.
The best thing that Adnan could do is to finally admit that he killed that poor girl and ask for forgiveness for killing her and wasting everyone's time.
Adnan has the worst luck ever, it's too bad his ex-girlfriend was strangled but not robbed or sexually assaulted and the body hidden just days or hours after making their breakup final. And then also very unlucky that Adnan's good friend that he loaned his car and phone to on the day of Hae's murder decided to conspire with police to implicate Adnan and what was really impressive about Jay's lies is that he knew things only the murderer or someone working with the murderer could know. It's so unfair that Adnan was charged with Hae's murder despite all the evidence that implicates him, why didn't the cops hunt for someone else despite all the evidence pointing to Adnan? I'll tell you why, it's because they were jealous of Adnan, I mean look at his strong arms, why he could snap me in two pretty easily, but he could never hurt a girl who just broke his heart, that never happens in real life ever when girls leave their possessive controlling boyfriends.

Hey guys, If you are a true crime fan you might have seen the video "The Legend of Jeff" , I think it's time for us to applaud his acting skills and get away from a murder with the title "The Legend of Adnan". He is 100% guilty. Serial and the many biased podcasts and documentaries that followed left out so much information. All of the evidence points to him, he had the opportunity, and he had the motive. I feel so terrible for Hae's family, Serial was the second worst thing to ever happen to them.
LOL... this is the USA where we believe innocent until proven guilty. The facts are, iit was not proven AND he did not have a FAIR trial. #JusticeForHae
People will see this man the way THEY want to see him. Regardless of what he says or even if they present the new evidence forward, closed minded and ignorant people will label this man a murderer. Logically speaking there was never enough evidence to put him in jail in the first place. I hope he sues the state after all this is over and makes Millions that he truly deserves. They’re gonna be wrong about him like the Central Park 5

Almost two whole hours of “he’s a liar!”, “Jay’s a liar!” (More bizarre) “Jay’s a coward” (bc he ratted you out?) she’s a horrible lawyer!”, “they’re racist!”, “some other mystery person threatened her!”Etc…. First off, that’s aton of bad luck. Second, it’s nothing of substance or profound. He’s guilty in my eyes.
Why does he feel the need to go through all of this? It has already been covered . This doesn't help his case, just makes him look more guilty if you ask me.
Damned if you do, damned if you don't. I guess if he remained quiet and just moved on, people would argue he's just hiding, and that hes guilty. If i were innocent, and went through such an ordeal, Id be speaking out as well.
For anyone who thinks hes innocent, like i did for year's. I encourage you all to listen to "the prosecutors" recent podcasts about this topic. They go ober every singke details and court documents. Its clear after listening to that, that adnan is guilty.
Yes. I had no idea what to believe. The prosecutors podcast brought up facts that I had never heard explained. For me, it was the fact that Adnon called a friend, they put Jay on the phone even though the friend didn’t know Jay. He was working on an alibi. Whomever had the phone was the killer. Adnon had the phone. I wanted to believe Adnon was innocent. It was him.
Brett and Alice are MAGA frauds. They states their opinions as facts and made up a whole bunch of lies. Bob Ruff is going through each episode to pick them a part. Hopefully he will make it public soon.
I've heard enough, you people have no humanity just like Jay, Kavin Urick and team. You just want this man to go to jail, it doesn't matter to you whether he did it or not. May the creator pay you back for this. Ameen!
He blinks his eyes a thousand times faster every time he talks about the murder or say Hae’s name. He’s lying. To me he’s lying. He killed her. But I believe a lot of other people should have been in trouble for this. It was completely wrong how the detectives handled this. Since Adnan is out. Jay should be in prison. Being the person that testified being there burying the body. I mean this is insane. It’s a mockery of the legal system. Completely.
Jay help him to dispose the body, and bring confussion to this mess. But Jay didn’t have a reason to kill her. Killing someone as a favor to your friend it only happens among mafia hitmen, and this is not the case.
Its very manipulative of Adnan to use his mom and his brother sitting in the view of the audience to gain sympathy... also he kept referencing his old dad upstairs and his brother as his LITTLE brother. He is a narcissist snake for real. Haes family could do the same but they are quiet, they are not making podcasts, doing interviews, gofundmes, writing books. Bc they know the evidence is all they need not popularity. Popularity is NOT going to set you free Adnan.

That's because you have a BS radar, unfortunately it's not something you can teach. My father was a massive BSer, you learn how to spot the telltale signs.
At the very least give the man a new trial. To those claiming guilt-why did the prosecutors offer him a plea deal years ago that would allow him to get time served and released from prison? Because they know if they re-try the case and he’s acquitted, he could sue for millions. They know their case would be weak.
Because they had more pressing matters than to fight the release of Syed for the next 40 years. It was "time served +" and it would have resulted in a similar jail sentence as other murders. After there was a true crime podcast, Adnan's defense team basically had limitless money. This is another example of a different justice system for those who can afford the best lawyers.
For anyone who thinks he’s guilty as I did for many years go listen to Bob Ruff’s truth and justice, podcast and his replies to each of The Prosecutors recent podcast episodes about the case. You may feel differently after that, because in my opinion he basically destroys them, clearly shows their dishonesty in analyzing Adnan’s case, and at the very least shows that there was obviously reasonable doubt as to his guilt.
The Prosecutors are such liers. The amount of lies they made to prove Adnan is guilty. These Prosecutors lies perfectly explain Urick's dirty misconduct to convict an innocent kid. These people can do anything to get a convection. That man stole Adnan's life, and should be in jail.

This dude clearly has zero remorse for killing his ex girlfriend. He needs to go back to prison. Hopefully the Supreme Court puts him back in prison this month.
Say what you want but Adnan doesn't have to do this. He's out! He is purposely going after the shady s.o.b(s) that railroaded him and stole his life. He's doing just what any of us would do if we were wrongfully convicted and put in prison for 23 YEARS! I personally and extremely proud of his desire to see justice served. It speaks to his character, his candor and his heart.
His mother ruined their lives. I bet shes regretted but just ego. I hope shes apologised to Hae mum 😢 if not for murder but for Adnan being possessive.. that would be the greatest act of repentance.
Adnan is such a consummate communicator on these cc complex legal issues, full of traps. I'm neither american nor muslim (nor in legal trouble! 😌) but would hire him for counsel and representation... if i were able to afford him. a lot better than almost anyone on msm or in politics!
Hes knows what he's talking about because he had 20 plus years to study and break down all the details of his case. He also had to make his "innocence" seem full proof. But there is one major flaw to his presentation; he does not state how he is innocent and refute the overwhelming evidence. Cell phone data does not lie and he knows that.
What an incredible amount of injustice, pain and suffering. Adnan, all the power in the world to you and your family and friends in continuing your battle, for truth and justice for you, Hae, and the citizens of Maryland. Any remotely intelligent person who has done even the smallest amount of investigation in this case , clearly sees the countless cover ups and complete corruption. it's truly shocking how blatant the injustice is. I will be following to see what new evidence is uncovered.
Sadly, until the actual killer or killers can be proven, a shadow of guilt will always follow this young man. The ONLY two people I’ve heard about seeing her body BEFORE the police (Jay and Mr S) which is exactly where id start investigating.
For those who think 'The Prosecutors podcast' did solve the case well : The Prosecutors Podcast did their job and did it well...they did exactly what the Prosecutors in 2000 did except in the court of public opinion..they took all the evidence that takes you away from Adnan, and said that's garbage because we have Jay..they then made you sympathetic towards Jay and ignore his lies which bring doubt in the case..while at the same time admitting Jay lies but hes dumb and he lies so what? Just believe us..Adnan did it through process of elimination and Jay's lies which you can Ignore cuz that's what he does. The overall story is there you just have to sift through it...oh the timeline he lied about? Well just move the come and get me call to after 3pm..oh the trunk pop? Forget about where it happened and what time..all that matters it that it happened? Same with the burial..look Adnan is an evil narcissist psycho who killed his ex girlfriend and made Asia McClain write his alibi letter for him and then wrote one back and her type it up and made sure she misspells his name cuz she's also a dummy..oh and the calls after Jay got arrested..that's definitely Adnan panicking that jay got arrested and calling Jay's friends..who Adnan didn't know..but forget about it he did it anyway cuz his big brown cow eyes are just evil

There was also another person who wrote a note, which says: I'll make her disappear, and Kavin Urick hided that note before defense finding it... Kavin Urick and team lied about cell phone Data. Adnan is guilty as sin. You guys who think otherwise are so f’ing blind. Listen to all the facts! - cell phone data WAS accurate and it placed him right there. Not based on incoming calls but outgoing. He went right to the crime scene the day after! - he not once tried to help find Hae! Never once tried to even call her-despite calling incessantly the night before. - Jay was obviously involved as he knew where the car was. Adnan was there too, there was zero motive for Jay to do this on his own. - Adnan’s lending his phone and car to Jay (who wasn’t even a close friend, according to Adnan, is just a setup. Adnan knew exactly what he was about to do. - He was/is a jealous F__K and didn’t want Hae dating another person. He was too proud as a devout Muslim to let her be with someone else - I’m glad he’s already spent 20 years in jail and his life is ruined. He’ll be back in jail soon anyway.
First of all the case isn't as clear as you're claiming it to be. The cell phone data was wrong, presented in the first trial, later on got changed and Jay's story changed with it, which is suspicious and not normal. Jay wasn't a trustable witness, his story changed so many times, and didn't match other witness's testimony either. If being her Ex boyfriend makes Adnan Syed a suspect, then it makes Don the current Boyfriend the suspect too. If not contacting her on the day she went missing makes Adnan Syed a suspect then the same thing makes the Boyfriend Don the suspect too, because he was supposed to meet her on the day she went missing. Don did not tried to contact her either. When we are suppose to meet someone and they don't show up we try to contact them to find out the reason, but he didn't do that either... Adnan Syed had an alibi. Some would claim she wasn't trustworthy, then Don's alibi isn't trustworthy either, because his mother was the manager of the place he was working in, a fake alibi can be used... Jay was apparently fed information... there are tapes proving it. Adnan Syed lending his car to Jay to get Stephenie his friend a Birthday gift makes sense and the phone was in the car, which wasn't lended to Jay, he forgot the Phone in the car... He wasn't a devoted Muslim at the time, because Islam does not allow Muslims to date, do drugs etc. He was completely astray from Islamic rules and teachings. Someone who acually believes in justice would not only care about the person Killed but also would want the actual Killer to be in the prison and not just anyone. A person who acually believes in justice would want answers for all the misconduct, and to be investigated and a new fair trail should be held to clear all the doubts and find the actual killer... and justice to be served. Depending on the facts that we’re included in the indictment there is grounds for bail. It’s usually extensive which is why they pulled together their community to help. Often there is also conditions like house arrest and monitoring, surrendering passport etc
He was denied bail because his parents are Pakistani nationals and it was claimed that he was at risk of fleeing to Pakistan, a country he's never been to and I think it was mentioned that he doesn't even speak any of the languages spoken in Pakistan fluently, or didn't when he was 17
I think back to the Jinx with Robert Durst and the case in Texas. It was a murder trial and his bail was set ridiculously high and the police office asked if he had the money and Durst’s reply was “well not on me”. I think bail really depends on the case and if they think there’s a chance the defendant will flee. In Durst’s case he ran. Whether he would’ve been able to pay the bail or not, it sounds like they used the fact that he was of middle eastern descent as the main reason for denying him bail, not because of his character or past crimes, which I also believe is a factor.

Adnan lost so many years of his young life for something he never did. Jay lied everything and the cops! I am so happy Adnan is free now he should have been long time ago! So many innocent people are in jail for crimes they never committed. Adnan deserves better and his family.

I think Adnan just proved that the trial and his defence were poorly handled. He didnt prove his innocence however
That's incorrect.

@@BabylonPatrol that person can't answer to this because it's the truth and these people believe in Conspiracy theories not facts... strange bunch!

He was too proud as a devout Muslim to let her be with someone else
- I’m glad he’s already spent 20 years in jail and his life is ruined.

The attorney general should open an investigation into the prosecutorial misconduct. It is the only appropriate action at this point. Some people act like police and prosecutors walk on water. Character flaws, bias, and dishonesty don’t stop because you punch a time clock for work. There have been too many vindications due to police and prosecutorial misconduct against marginalized people to ignore. Is it common for thise charged with murder to get bail? I am genuinely asking. Regardless of guilt or innocence, what's his point...?
His point is they used racist lies to begin the cycle of proving their narrative long before he was on trial. It also shows they had no issue with lying even in his bail hearing.
Depending on the facts that we’re included in the indictment there is grounds for bail. It’s usually extensive which is why they pulled together their community to help. Often there is also conditions like house arrest and monitoring, surrendering passport etc
He was denied bail because his parents are Pakistani nationals and it was claimed that he was at risk of fleeing to Pakistan, a country he's never been to and I think it was mentioned that he doesn't even speak any of the languages spoken in Pakistan fluently, or didn't when he was 17
Just ask Donald Trump lol
I think back to the Jinx with Robert Durst and the case in Texas. It was a murder trial and his bail was set ridiculously high and the police office asked if he had the money and Durst’s reply was “well not on me”. I think bail really depends on the case and if they think there’s a chance the defendant will flee. In Durst’s case he ran. Whether he would’ve been able to pay the bail or not, it sounds like they used the fact that he was of middle eastern descent as the main reason for denying him bail, not because of his character or past crimes, which I also believe is a factor.
He did it.
