이틀 전에 식빵 만들어서 3일내내 먹었는데요 진심으로 제가 만든 식빵 중 가장 맛있었던 레시피에요 저는 발효할때 마미오븐님 영상의 반죽처럼 부풀기까지 전자레인지 안에 뜨거운 물 넣고 1차, 2차 각각 약 2시간 정도 발효했어요 최대한 비슷하게 따라하니까 빵도 큼직하게 나오고 결도 완전 살아있더라구요,,, 대박쓰 ,, 저는 180도에 40분 구웠는데 색깔도 먹음직스럽게 잘 났어요 ㅠㅠ 앞으로 이레시피대로만 빵 구우려구요 ,,, 사랑합니다 ,, 앞으로도 맛있는 레시피 부탁드려요 ❣️❣️❣️

Baked it today. Came out INCREDIBLE. I had my doubts, since I interrupted the process ( after letting it sit for an hour for the first time ) by putting it into the fridge overnight. But it didn't matter at all. The next day I simply let the dough sit and warm up in the oven at about 30°C till it doubled and it went up nicely. After that I just followed the other steps of the recipe where I left off, to be specific: forming them into 3 little rolls.
I added grated lemon zest, a package vanilla sugar and 36g of my Lievito Madre.
Made it into a pretty braid that came out well

Already made this and it turned great!!! (even I don't know how to hand knead the sticky dough. I took 30mins of kneading😌)
Now that’s what I call try hard
It usually takes me 30 mins anyway, just try the windowpane test, if the dough can be stretched into a thin sheet without tearing, it's ready.
