I am in the same position, it's not the work, it's the meetings. I can't take it anymore and my salary is great as well. I am so close to quitting to go all in on my e-commerce
I feel you - sometimes these meetings can drain 4 hours of your day for no reason at all. Makes you wonder why other people do not value their time as much as they should.
Good video bro but I don’t understand, you were making 250k a year but only had 250 in your bank account and couldn’t meet rent? Is this after you had already quit and spent the 100k trying to start new ventures? How long did it take for you to make some money and secure those clients? Has your business income fully replaced your job income yet?
250K a year in California after taxes is ~$158k. Add your living expenses on top of that in one of the highest cost of living areas in the world, you are not left with much (especially if you have to take care of a family).
@Bgo_V2 ah my bad, I forgot you had a family. Honestly you look so young i thought you were 2 or 3 years out of university. Glad to see you are doing well now
So in the end, even the 250k salary is not sufficient to properly raise a family! It just shows that employees are not supposed to breed children. Glad I am totally antinatalistic as children are totally unaffordable anyway.

Great video. Thanks for sharing.
Look... entrepreneurship is great, but, end of the day, *someone* has to do the actual work. There have to be employees.
Awesome video! Totally agree that FAANG salaries don't match up with the living costs. How can I connect with you?

@Bgo_V2 Yeah, that's definitely san Francisco. Making 6figures while still struggling
