Meanwhile, on Starcraft Alternate Empire Wars... Stukov explains everything he knows about the Gestalt threat and the fall of Braxis to Davis and Draliska, and the two provide exposition on their own encounters with the Gestalts as well. Of course, while the Daelaam Alliance don't seem to know about it, the only way to acquire the solarite is through them, and that would eventually alert them of the resource. Stukov voices the risks, but Draliksa thinks this is worth it, amd Isok (plus a Super Drone) will be assigned with a Terran squadron to accomplish this mission. During the mission however, they encounter a Feral Zerg Zergling named Kaien, who claims his Brood have been on the search for the Solarite Deposits as well but were decimated by the Protoss. He's fine with the Dragon Brood using the solarite so long as he can witness its power in action and joins up.
Raynor: Isaac will lead a strike team to grab the crystal and leave before the zerg gets riled up. (10 minutes later) Cyan: Go and purge those zerg before retrieving the crystal. Isaac: Yes, sir! *kills every zerg while hoovering on top with his science vessel barely making it.* Worth it.
We could have had a name like Malygos Energy Crystal or something but, I suppose the credits goes to whoever discovers it so if Isaac doesn't , I guess we'll remain it with a nameless crystal

Power Crystal is the most generic name possible for something to generate shitloads of power.
I guess the author couldn't come up with something like Khalis or Uraj.
Argus was a good fit for a crystal name
It should be called the Surtur prism, or Hades prism. I say prism because the word “crystal” is so overused in Starcraft. And sci-fi in general.

A power source stronger than solarite? Must be one hell of a ship if it requires even more power than the Spear of Adun.
