In the Swirl + Kepler combo you can send King Tell with lamia to the grave instead if link him away. In this case you save your swamp King contract for follow up or for more interruptions with machinex.
Thanks for the video! D/D/D combos are fascinating, I started learning them a couple weeks ago and your video really helped me understand them in specific situations. I practiced on EDOPro and even managed to get a little further on some of them! (If you're interested, this is what I got : Kepler + Slime : ending on 8000LP + 1 more contract on the field Kepler + Slime + Gryphon : ending on your board + Siegfried (all 5 boss monsters) Slime + Gryphon + Copernicus : one more card in hand)
I haven't played yugioh for years (burn out) and now when I got back into it I find out my favorite deck/archtype got a *good* support and it evolved so much it can build a great board with 1 card combo Amazing!

It's actually possible in a hybrid variant, but pure ddd is so consistent that it doesn't need it. Ending on any of these boards+ contract with the eternal darkness is way more oppressive against most decks.

if you get nibbed there, the little wave king will search for a gate which you can use to fuse into a little genghis. genghis can revive the segfreid if you summon another d/d with whatever is left in your hand.
I got 4th place at my remotes locals hosted by my locals lol. I probably could have gotten 2nd or 3rd but I had to leave early and surrender the last round. It was the best I did remembering the combo lines and it was thanks to you my guy. 👍🏽

My cards finally came in, and as I am now reading the verbiage of each cards. 5:49 I don't think Gryphon can't pop himself without a DC target? is this combo still doable or? D/D/D definitely not a Noob friendly deck. Imo a player that decides to bring D/D/D to a LGS, i suggest practice learning the combo lines & get comfortable with the deck. It's not a deck that by no means is a "auto pilot" deck.
At 9:27 you activate Gryphon effect in the scale without controlling a contract. I don't believe this is possible. The combo still works though, if you have anything else in hand to pitch for the lamia summon.
At the end of the last combo, would it not be more efficient to overlay the High Genghis for the Machinex so that Gilgamesh can float into something on it's destruction? Or would you overlay the Gilgamesh so you can avoid some of the burn damage on your next turn since High Genghis's spell negate is only on your own turn?

@@justinschwieger71 incorrect, the effect that prevents burn damage is lead with “and if you do” that is all the same effect. Once the Go monster hits the scale the effect of preventing damage is live because Go does not start a new chain once it is placed in the scales. Go says “if you would take effect damage, you take no damage”. No damage occurs once it touches the field. It’s like jinzo, chain link 1 skill drain, chain link two call of the haunted target jinzo. Chain resolves backwards, call of the haunted fully resolves and brings back jinzo, skill drain is negated by jinzo because jinzo does not activate in a new chain.
@@akellis11wrong. Justin is correct , the fact that scaling and the damage took place at the same time, because rages pend effect is “continuous-like”, it must wait until gilg resolves. At the end of the day, if a card is placed on the field by an activated effect, the placed cards effect isnt applicable until the activated effect resolves.

It's the small one, so the materials are right. You are confusing it, with high one.

3rd Kepler combo is illegal, you cannot burn your opponent with Marksman because you did not take damage that turn because of DDD Go! In the scale.
That changes nothing about the combo buddy 🙂 Don't burn your opponent
Even when placing Go! as a scale with gilgamesh you still take the 1000 effect damage because Go! doesn't work until Gilgamesh finishes resolving. .

Did my best to present the most common ones you gonna need. You can always search the Field Spell instead of searching any of the contracts if needed.
