Thanks for taking us on a spring ramble into your wood. We were lucky to see the muntjac, aren’t they funny little creatures. Have you tried eating the Jack by the hedge - I haven’t (yet!) - but I think if you put a few leaves in a cheese sandwich to make it a bit cheese and oniony. I think I’ll have to find some and see what it tastes like. 🐶🐾💕

Cow parsley so that's what it's called! In Holland we call those Whistle Herb 😊 and the other one with the little bunches it says Garlic Mustard on my internet. Those we call 'onion without onion' lol... We're lucky us, with green bits close by, i forget. Always love your little forays outside Becca
