    If you increase your squats by atleast 15 kg, bench by 10 kg, then for sure you'll be winning a medal in the nationals. Your deadlift is already good and I can feel that you are going to hit atleast 320 kg. Not trying to pressurize you bro but you've serious potential for landing a podium finish this year. I pray that your health stays supreme. 🤩🌼

    5:00 You can just use supradyn multivitamin for this. Actually you're going to get all these nutrients through your diet, if you're supplementing from outside you're overloading the vitamins & minerals which can cause toxicity.

    12 egg white, 1-2 flat bread or white bread,500gm red or white meat,150gm of cooked white rice,2 banana,100gm green veggie,500gm curd,1 scoop of whey protein,3-5 gm of creatine,2 l- arginine,2 gokshura,1 multivitamin,4 se 5 ltrs of water daily kaisa diet plan hai

    There is one thing to note for the beginners. He is meeting 80% of his protein requirements from whole food. Only 1.5 scoop of whey protein.
