I use my tiny runabout for family picnics, a bit of fishing or swimming. My little girl likes to "have a steer". Creeks, rivers, inshore sea. What price happiness? But, I have to say, the respect between boaters, here in Engand at least, is nearly universal. Almost no snobbery among sailors.

Funny how a great 50 footer is dwarfed by the 90 plus yachts. Something that is awesome and head turning is diminished quickly . But like a beautiful horse being diminished by a Unicorn such is the pursuits if happiness sometimes through comparison . I have a 42 Regal coupe and I am delighted and could have never imagined it . Frankly the extra crew maintenance and headaches doesn’t seem to be worth the larger boats at times, regardless if you can burn cash or not
Some use tugs to get thru the narrow bridges and navigate the narrow waterway and the "tight" turn just north of this bridge, both tugs help navigate, and the back tug is the brakes as well.

Because it is a narrow bridge and channel and some yachts aren't as manoeuvrable

Sunseeker 116 weird, awkward styling. Sunseeker 115 much nicer, more elegant and classier, but save the best for last, love the Benetti..
benetti is it, their classic styling and the modern styling both look fantastic.. on my lottery win shopping list...

many of the big boats leave out the fenders while they go through that narrow bridge.
