The 3 of Spades was an actual random selection. There is a red 7 of Clubs on the bottom. and a blue 7Club behind it. He puts the deck on top of the 3 Spade, so the Red 7 Club is now on top of the 3S. When he finds the red card, he moves it to the top, keeping the 3S underneath the red card. For the first show, he actually pulls 2 cards from the top. You see the 3S, but the red 7C is right behind it. He puts them back on the deck and just pulls the red card to set aside (which we know is the 7C). Now he starts a shuffle, leaving the blue 7C on the bottom. When they say 'stop' he just shows the card at the bottom of the deck.. NOT a random selection. Spread them out, turn over the only red card on the table, the one you set aside earlier. Whew! Lots of practice to make this work so smoothly. He's a PRO!
I wouldn't have believed this comment if I didn't see the brief flash of red at the beginning. Even then you're still getting a like because of how well you revealed the trick.
The very last card in the deck is a red seven of clubs. When he pulls out a random card (which is random) you’ll notice that he breaks the deck and the bottom card now gets placed onto the 3 of spades. When he gets that card to the top he actually does a double card flip so you’re seeing the 3 of spades look like the red card when it’s actually being pressed against the red 7. Then he makes it seem like the 3 of spades magically turned into a 7 of clubs

i got it (does not say i can do it tho, really nice slight of hand): make sure the red card is on the bottom after shuffling. choose one card and put it on top, place the bottom half on top of that so red is on top of chosen card. Spread, take both red card and chosen card to show like its one card, than throw only the red card on table which should be the same as the one you are going to show next (which is on the bottom of the deck). Shuffle without taking the bottom card (he only takes the top cards so the card he’s going to show is always the 7). Show the 7 and reveal the red card which is the same.
This is so smoooooth. I'm pretty sure I know how it's done, but my god it took me a second view to even barely sort of notice it. The execution is flawless
The bottom of the deck at the start has a red back and is the seven of clubs. The card directly above that is the blue seven of clubs. When he “loses” the random card at the start, he is actually placing the red seven of clubs directly on it. He flips not one, but TWO cards so you see the “lost” card under the red seven of clubs instead. He then flips the two cards and then removes the red seven of clubs. He then does some misdirection and randomly “finds” the strategically placed blue seven of clubs pretending it’s another random card. Then when he goes to “find” the red seven of clubs in the deck it’s not there because it was the removed red card the whole time. The three of spades likely is truly random.
I did this trick once for a friend and he was so stunned he begged me to tell him how I did it. So I did and it immediately ruined the amazement. 5 years have passed and I still regret it lol
@@CabCKDice you could have a spare marked 3 spades ,find that then dump in the middle somewhere, spread out to the red card 7 clubs ,with a preset 3 spades as next card, then double lift to reveal the 3 spades, then flip the red 7 clubs on table . ...I guess.
And yet still the morons don't u derstand they are ruining it every time they explain it to show off their knowledge. I did the same when I was first into magic. I revealed a few tricks to my family after doing them but I soon learned that the only entertaining way to do magic is to never reveal! Now I know loads and perform often and would never reveal except to a learning magician.
I've watched that trick a dozen times performed by different magicians. Now I got it! Got nothing to do with your slight of hand Mr. Maher, Sir. It's flawless, as always.
This is actually a fairly easy card trick and the first really good card trick novices learn… Not gonna say how it’s done, but there’s a set up and a couple steps and moves to it. I would say all aspiring magicians and people with a understanding of magic past the beginner level can get this no problem
This is how it works. If you don’t care about knowing the trick don’t keep reading. The deck starts with a blue 7 clubs on the top and red 7 clubs on the bottom. The cards are spread and a random card is picked from the middle. The deck is cut and the random card (this case 3 of clubs) goes on top and the red card goes on top of that. So the deck now has Red 7 clubs, 3 clubs, 7 clubs in that order somewhere in the middle. The deck is spread to find the red card and cut at that point. After the cut, the blue 7 of clubs that was on top of the red 7 of clubs now is at the bottom. Now the most difficult part, the magician seemlessly picks up 2 cards and flips them. To the viewer it looks like only 1 card was flipped, but in fact there were 2. This means that when the cards are re-flipped, the card that was shown to the audience isn’t on the top because the shown card was the second-to-top. Then the unshown red card goes on the table. Now the magician uses any of the classic “tell me when to stop” sleight of hand techniques in which it seems like a random card was selected, but in fact the magician carefully cuts the deck in a way that the bottom card jumps right to the cut that he shows you. Basicallt just remember that the red card is on the bottom and the same card of the other deck is on the top. Then rewatch the video remembering he can show you the second-to-top card without showing the top card. :D
I love how you always do a few tricks in these, I can usually manage to catch one of them but the other two or three completely elude me! It’s fascinating how just being so calm and confident makes so many of these moves, that are obvious when you see them, completely invisible. Thanks!
His slight of hand is really exceptional! It’s so hard to see it( you can’t) Even if you know how the trick works, it’s a special talent to be that clean with it, love this guy!
DL it's pretty good but kind of telegraphed. The Force it's a very known one but you did it perfectly. The control was the best of it! Very clean and smooth. I know this is a short but you need to build up more the finale. Loving card trick, bro.
It certainly is worthy of a like and share!! Alternatively I could post a desertation on how the trick is mechanically performed and yet pay no mind to the entertainment value or enjoying the years of experience you provide here on the platform, all because I apparently believe that you clearly posted this to fool me specifically. Disclaimer** This is merely a satirical response for humor.... NOT DIRECTED AT ANYBODY IN PARTICULAR perhaps maybe... ok it is!! Hope everybody has a funtastic day!!
Agree completely. The one thing I will say is learning how to trick is done adds to my appreciation of the skill needed to perform it and the creativity used by whoever invented the trick. Also want to add that some of the more grander illusions and filmed street magic tricks need to be called out when they are using the camera to hide things, planted assistants in the audience or twins. Lastly I think its can be helpful to show people how easily that can be fooled by showing how a trick was done in the hopes they will be less gullible to how we are being played in real life be it by the government, media, scammers etc.
That’s an easy trick though. The red card was always the 7 of clubs. It’s always at the bottom to start. Also second from the bottom card is another 7 of clubs but blue. When flips the 3 of spades he put it’s in the middle by placing half cards off the top on the table then puts the bottom with two sevens on top. he then finds the red card by spreading the deck and now the red card becomes top card. Blue seven bottom card. flips two cards off the top with the second cad being 3 of spades. and puts it back on top, leaving only the red 7 of clubs out. Draws cards from the deck keeping bottom card in place which is of course still the 7 of clubs :). Enjoy. Just gotta Learn the sleight of hand flipping two top cards as one.
He use Double lift when showing 3 of clubs. Then he drop the red card which is already 7 of space and when he is suffling card he didn't show the upper card and used to show the last card which is 7 of space
@@christhorne116 yeah, one red, one blue. The red one is on the bottom and gets put on the 3 when he "loses" it in the middle. The only part I haven't caught is how he controls the Blue 7 until he draws it.
First he picks a card at random, cuts the deck and places the card right under the red card. When he spreads it, all he has to do is look for the red card. They're stacked on top of each other, so the red card is actually the 7C but it looks like the 3S. Not sure, but I think he then places the 3S back on the deck, and does a false cut and shuffle (you can see he's "shuffling" the top part of the stack, but he takes the card from the bottom) in order to force the chosen card to be the 7C. At that point it doesn't matter what he does, since the chosen card and the red card are the same.

Most humbly we bow to you! The freely selected card legitimately getting lost, clean double, and the shuffle to reveal the pay off - sorry about the random Hindu quote at the start.. structurally, probably should have put that at the end - bloody brilliant 👌🏼
1. while dribbling a red card is visible. 2. select 3 of spades but pinky finger is seperating the red card in deck. 3. while putting 3 of spades in center of pack , red card is on top of it. shadow .... 4.shows the red card (which is actually 7 of clubs) but to audience he shows card below 7 of clubs(step 3) (double card .. notice adjusting those cards to look like one) . 5. drops red card (single) on the table 6. shuffles with pinky finger seperating 7 of clubs (blue card) irrespective how many times he shuffle the card selected in 7 of clubs (blue card) double click .. spread the cards on table with blue 7 clubs on the table tricks 7 of spades as red card. there are 2 7 of spades in the deck , one red , other blue.
It’s worthy. There are magicians, and the there are wizards. Thank you, sir wizard. Making magic as fun as it is astonishing is a whole different level.
Nice one … There is a blue seven and a red seven in the deck … initially the three is pulled up on top of the red seven and the pair is placed on the table. He then picks up the red seven and the three card pair, drops the three card back into the deck, and then puts back just the red seven on the table.
I have a theory! He forced the 3 of spades and 7 of clovers and had 2 red top of each other and he simply used sleight of hand to switch the red cards while we were watching him snap❤
Okay so the red 7 is on the bottom at the start, and he keeps it there til it goes on top of the blue 3, then he doublelifts the red 7 and blue 3. Placing both on top of the deck, the blue 7 is on the bottom. It looks like hes shuffling but he pulls the top card off to reveal the blue 7 at the bottom. Shuffle them all in, spread, and reveal. Checkmate. Edit: your sleight of hand is excellent! Worthy of a lycan chair
Let me explain for thise who dont get it😂- to start off he has 2 identical cards that are a diffirent color. For this instance the 7 of clubs, one card blue the other one red. Before starting the trick the red 7 of clubs is placed at the bottom and the blue one right before it also at the bottom. The trick starts- he lets you pick any card( genuenly dosent matter what card you picked). He then controls that card to be next to the red one, it can be done in a lot of ways. Then when he was showing you the card on top he actually grabbed two cards at the same time and it looked as if the red card was the card that the spectator chose. He then flips both of these cards and puts down the red 7 of clubs. He then does the so called HINDU FORCE which makes it look as if the blue 7 of clubs was random although he spesifically chose that card, and the he shows the red card and its the 7 of clubs. Hope you get it. Please like took me a long time.
Keeps Red 7OC on the bottom Cuts the deck and puts red 7OC on top of first selection Puts red 7OC along with first selection on top Swagger double lift Places red 7OC on table Forces the blue 7OC by showing the bottom card after pealing cards off the top Neat trick
Spread them out, turn over the only red card on the table, the one you set aside earlier.

i got it (does not say i can do it tho, really nice slight of hand): make sure the red card is on the bottom after shuffling. choose one card and put it on top, place the bottom half on top of that so red is on top of chosen card.
HOW IS IT DONE TELL ME PLSSSS😂😭
Best card magician evar. Such unique entertainment value! The funny flair is what makes it
The bottom of the deck at the start has a red back and is the seven of clubs.
The three of spades likely is truly random.
watching the vid for the 1st time: holy cow!
watching the vid for the 2nd time: holy cow!
watching the vid for the 3rd time: ok i got it
Can u explain me a bit bro..my brain is still spinning
@@charanindersingh1559 its just a modfication of the brainwave gimmick, you can buy it online
WOW! I am impressed! Super cool.
Did anyone notice he never looked at the 7 of clubs but knew it was a 7 of clubs.
Camera screen or reflection
@@friendlyplayer92 lol! No, he had it ready my friend. This trick is a classic.
I did this trick once for a friend and he was so stunned he begged me to tell him how I did it. So I did and it immediately ruined the amazement. 5 years have passed and I still regret it lol
Could you tell how you did? Im trying to fool my sister
@@CabCKDice you could have a spare marked 3 spades ,find that then dump in the middle somewhere, spread out to the red card 7 clubs ,with a preset 3 spades as next card, then double lift to reveal the 3 spades, then flip the red 7 clubs on table . ...I guess.
Nice
@@jack4q2 I don’t think u need a marked card it’s not special, all you need is to get the red card on top of your “card” and double lift it
And yet still the morons don't u derstand they are ruining it every time they explain it to show off their knowledge. I did the same when I was first into magic. I revealed a few tricks to my family after doing them but I soon learned that the only entertaining way to do magic is to never reveal! Now I know loads and perform often and would never reveal except to a learning magician.
Simple tricks...good presentation😊
Get this guy a werewolf chair already.
Im still tripping on how you stopped right when i said too
Ikr 😂
Unrelated to the video, but I just had to comment.
Hilarious f*ckin handle bro. I don't know whether to LMFAO or call my grandmother and check on her.
Love seeing a fellow Aussie kill it.
The magic is great but the banter is the real MVP!
When he said pleasure and I'm caught, I pulled out the bottom card, and I exactly pulled out a 3 of spades. What a coincidence.😅😂
Not a coincidence magic
He's so smooth.
It's still mesmerizing.
HOOOOOWWWWWWWW????!!!!??? Love watching you man. Keep 'em coming!
Love it! the performance is gold!!
I love that he explains this trick in depth on his main channel!! Such rich content 👆🏻👍🏻
I've watched that trick a dozen times performed by different magicians. Now I got it!
Got nothing to do with your slight of hand Mr. Maher, Sir. It's flawless, as always.
I dont know why the algorhitm decided to show me this, but I am satisfied :D
Somebody get Chris Ramsey to react to this asap. This blew my fucking mind.
Edit: at the beginning it’s a red 7 of clubs on the bottom and a blue 7 of clubs behind it. An oversight on my part. after that the same logic applies
Awesome! I was needing something to lift my spirits, and this trick was a double lift!
Man, this pun... 😂
OH! Nice combo! I particularly like that trick because they're easy to do if you learn the mechanics behind it.
Great trick! Well done. 👍🏼😊
Ok I've need to stop sniffing crack💀💀
Even if I know how you did it its still really entertaining to watch
Could you tell me?
That trick was delightful. Nice slight of hand work. Kudos
Ah, the Chicago Opener.
Old but gold, and masterfully done!
In my opinion your mastery of card basics is much more impressive than more complicated stuff.
Sometimes I wish I didn't become a card trick expert in my teenage years. These tricks used to be so magical
I learned to play guitar. I still find guitar magical even if played by someone else.
Nice trick man👍🏻 it will be perfect if you quick look at the second selected card before saying what it is.
That's absolutely right. He was able to tell you what the card was without even looking at it. That should be a big clue to everybody
I know how you did it but only because I’ve been a magician for years. This is a gem bro! Good job
Figured out that the 7 of clubs would be the red card, but still puzzles me when he put it there. Good entertainment 👍
The 7 is the only red card.
When he shows the 3 he's flipping over two cards
He use Double lift when showing 3 of clubs. Then he drop the red card which is already 7 of space and when he is suffling card he didn't show the upper card and used to show the last card which is 7 of space
I have never seen someone so enthusiastic about cards, it's ✨Magical✨
One of the best double lifts I've ever seen. This guy is good! 🤜💥
And two 7 clubs?
@@christhorne116 yeah, one red, one blue. The red one is on the bottom and gets put on the 3 when he "loses" it in the middle. The only part I haven't caught is how he controls the Blue 7 until he draws it.
Got it. The blue 7 is on top of the red 7 to start the trick. This is a really smooth trick.
People that know this trick understands how the trick is done. You have a smooth execution
You have my favorite presentation of all time
Ive watched it now 4 times and i’m still as suprised and confushed as the first time
It’s a great trick. He is double lifting the card.
both red and blue 7’s are at the bottom of the deck.
the first trick he does a double lift
the 2nd he does a false cut
First he picks a card at random, cuts the deck and places the card right under the red card. When he spreads it, all he has to do is look for the red card. They're stacked on top of each other, so the red card is actually the 7C but it looks like the 3S.
Not sure, but I think he then places the 3S back on the deck, and does a false cut and shuffle (you can see he's "shuffling" the top part of the stack, but he takes the card from the bottom) in order to force the chosen card to be the 7C.
At that point it doesn't matter what he does, since the chosen card and the red card are the same.
@@R416J took me an hour to get it!!!
Been doing this for over a decade, and I still can't double lift worth a damn. This was clean as hell. Good work.
Sssshhhhhhh..
@@virtualblackface3009 I think everyone has looked up the double lift on UA-cam where some lame person explains everything and takes all the mystery away.
Twice in a row! The video I got right before this was Jeremy Tan doing the exact same trick! 😂 Lol 😂
I played it again just to see the double snap clap.
I see it on my third. But I still love how you play the tricks
I'll just ruin the moment for you and say that he didn't look at the seven of clubs cuz he know that and prepared a red one that he didn't show : )
Infinite ways to force the 7 and you executed that beautiful, not to mention how to traded cards, very very impressive and I’m jealous that I can’t do it that flush ;-;
Most humbly we bow to you! The freely selected card legitimately getting lost, clean double, and the shuffle to reveal the pay off - sorry about the random Hindu quote at the start.. structurally, probably should have put that at the end - bloody brilliant 👌🏼
Doug Henning would be proud. I assume you saw his version. Amazing!
Oooh she's red hot!
So’s your mama!
You got me the first time, but I figured it out on the rewatch. Those are some real smooth moves.
I have been trying to find this song in the background for so long what is the name of it 😭
This is one of the first tricks I learned that people truly loved
So they hated the other tricks you learned.?
This is a pretty easy trick, but your delivery is masterful.
This sleight-of-hand card magician reminds me of our school's cop 50+ years ago. He has a similar look, sound, and the unbelievable card magic.
Your trick's are great. But your humour is even better ❤️
HAHA DUDE!!!! ur something else and I LOVE it delivery!!!
1. while dribbling a red card is visible.
2. select 3 of spades but pinky finger is seperating the red card in deck.
3. while putting 3 of spades in center of pack , red card is on top of it.
shadow ....
4.shows the red card (which is actually 7 of clubs) but to audience he shows card below 7 of clubs(step 3) (double card .. notice adjusting those cards to look like one) .
5. drops red card (single) on the table
6. shuffles with pinky finger seperating 7 of clubs (blue card)
irrespective how many times he shuffle the card selected in 7 of clubs (blue card)
double click ..
spread the cards on table with blue 7 clubs on the table
tricks 7 of spades as red card.
there are 2 7 of spades in the deck , one red , other blue.
Dude! You are so great! 😂
Classic Chicago Opener. Very nice execution! Love your channel. Greetings from Cologne. ❤️
It’s worthy. There are magicians, and the there are wizards. Thank you, sir wizard. Making magic as fun as it is astonishing is a whole different level.
The smack when you drop the deck 😂😂😂
Nice one …
There is a blue seven and a red seven in the deck … initially the three is pulled up on top of the red seven and the pair is placed on the table. He then picks up the red seven and the three card pair, drops the three card back into the deck, and then puts back just the red seven on the table.
Love your magic tricks very professional ❤
Suuuuuuuuper clean delivery on everything man. The shuffle, the lift, excellent
I have a theory! He forced the 3 of spades and 7 of clovers and had 2 red top of each other and he simply used sleight of hand to switch the red cards while we were watching him snap❤
Editing videos is really good!!
Keeps Red 7OC on the bottom
Cuts the deck and puts red 7OC on top of first selection
Puts red 7OC along with first selection on top
Swagger double lift
Places red 7OC on table
Forces the blue 7OC by showing the bottom card after pealing cards off the top
Neat trick
