Hello, I arrive until 0:47 but after I click on "get started" nothing happens. The cursor turns into a light blue spinning circle and as soon as I move the cursor again the "Windows hello setup" window disappears and the cursor goes back to being an arrow, like nothing happened. I just bought this renewed HP laptop and for the first week it worked fine, I had actually set up the fingerprint already, then after not using it for a couple of days when I powered it it said "fingerprint not usable, use pin". Therefore I went and tried to re-set the fingerprint, but no way ever since.
