Why we don't just call the company? The app is not easy.
Can we make it a point to put the pickup and drop-off pin at the spot you will and want to be standing? If you put it in the middle of the building, or just choose the address, it thinks we are picking you up in the middle of the building or at the mailbox. Just saying.

Using the app, I don't see any drivers in my immediate area. Does that mean there is no one to respond to my ride request?
Could be yes Becky, try requesting a ride, if no drivers are available the Lyft app will tell you.

How do I know if there isn't any Lyft's at the time
Hi Aiden, when requesting a Lyft you can see nearby drivers. When scheduling a Lyft ahead of time availability is not guaranteed.

Hi ZenShine, the Lyft app will give you a fare quote before selecting your type of ride (Lyft, Lyft Line, Lyft LUX).
Theres no schedule option!

What happens if you get a sketchy driver?
Christine Torres trust me it's actually opposite. Mostly riders are so shitty. As a lyft driver I see weirdass people everyday.
