I've had MS now for 17 years. I was diagnosed when I was 22 as well. I wish I would have exercised more when I could, but I have the spark in me to do it now, and I was just looking at resistance bands on Amazon today. I would love to see a rb workout video!

I have started running few weeks ago..Can’t run a lot, my first time I could do around a pathetic 3 mins, now after 3 weeks I am at 16mins which for me is great progress. I am pushing myself further😊

Don't you get pelvic floor problems while lifting weights?
I have heavy bladder leakages when I exercise because my pelvic floor muscles are not working well despite a lot of Kegel's exercises. I would also find myself crying in the toilet, but because I can't stay dry.
i have ppms and i was diagnose when i was 24 i had symptom when i was 23
