@@HolyGillbert no. Deltarune and terraria are way way WAY too different, You can't just update deltarune with terraria content it would make no sense lore and gameplay wise. For terraria. Ah yes turn based boss fights in terraria ,you could at most add few deltarune themed items.

Stuff like this revitalizes my faith in the future of gaming as a whole. Brings a tear to my eye to see two companies come together like this JUST for the fans. Not even locked behind a pay wall or anything. Makes me happy man.

Honestly yeah, I never even thought of these games getting a crossover but now it makes so much sense!
I love how the Terraria creature still keeps the pixelated art style instead of warping to fit the Don’t Starve art style until after a good few seconds
See, this is why I'll always love 2D graphics, whether the drawn-looking style of Don't Starve or the pixelart style of Terraria, over 3D art of any quality. I don't care about near-lifelike graphics; the meat computer in my head can fill in those details. I care about what looks good, what's simple to implement, and the versatility of it. Making mods for these kinds of games is much simpler than making a 3D mesh, making textures, getting the clipping problems hammered out, worrying about skeletons, ect.

The best part about stylized graphics is they look great years later compare call of duty modern warfare to the most recent one and the older looks far worse now compare don’t starve to don’t starve together and they look very similar despite the different in time they were created

I love how things become pixelated when entering terraria and unpixilated when it enters the constant. Amazing on both sides honestly cant wait to play both.

Klei knew that Tencent would help to fund their games and further their business, and Tencent knew that the success of Klei would help to increase their profits and to help expand their audience into the west. Both Klei and Tencent are mutually benefiting from this contract.

In the past I had glanced over DST but because terraria is one of my favorite games, the crossover update got me trying it out and it's just amazing. I'm hoping both games will keep going even if they've been kept updated for so long. They are true labors of love and some of the best games ever made.

Not only is the pixel-ifying and un-pixel-ifying so cool, the way you’ve drawn Terraria especially at the end screen is just so cool!

i dont have dst so i cant give an opinion on the dst side of the update, but the terraria side of it got a new secret seed with extra mechanics and bosses
(the seed is The Constant)
The ending art is probably the most amount of emotion we've ever seen the player character express so that's cool

This is such a breath of fresh air. Two amazingly fun, very well received and adored, with a boat load of gameplay hours spent join forces and tag team it up.

i love everything about this, as a long time fan ever since i suggested mushroom trees when caves first came out to where rain was finally added and terraria being the first game i ever purchased of steam back in sept 4th 2011 nothing makes me happier than a Collab between my two favorite games ps between the both of them i have 2,514 hours played oh i bought dont starve on may 13th 2013

The eye of Cthulhu looks absolutely disgusting (in a good way), the sound effects give me the heeby-jeebies. I'm excited about this update and hopefully, this crossover brings more players in because I think that Don't Starve Together is a very underrated game.

This i did not expect, and RPG survival game crossing with a strategy survival game. Also making the bosses that you crossed over made so much sense, the whole eye thing, both most likely the first boss you will fight, most iconic boss, and both have horrifying roars. You two teams need more credit for the fucking amazing thing you do. Cant wait for posable crossovers In The further

I can't express in words how good it feels as to see this happen. As someone who has been getting more and more disappointed with the state gaming seems to be in, It's things like this that make me say, oh yea that's why i love to play video games because of super amazing things like this. Extremely well done. I knew there was a reason I bought your game 3 times over the years and once more for don't starve together, I could just tell you guys where the coolest people, and I'm proud to support you and have a blast playing your game.
