    Hello Awesome tech,
    Please under this project how is overload current protection variable resistance 10K, connected to the i.c LM358? on this PCB.
    Secondly, I want same PCB to order from the manufacturer, please how do I go about it?
    Please if you have compassion, please explain the circuit for me or send the diagram, because I don't know what programme or application to use, I have done the download several times in vain, no schematic.

    The 95N03 MOSFETs used for reverse polarity protection are no longer available (out of production).
    You will get better heat transfer if you use a small metal bar clamping the body of the output MOSFETs to the heat sink instead of individual screws on the TO220 tabs.

    What is the resistance of the R-X resistor below the low battery voltage protection pot?

    Just a question , correct me if im wrong, the reason why you shielded only two of the mosfet from the group of four mosfet is that the source of the first pair is connected to the drain of the second pair mosfet and the unshielded pair is connected directly to the heatsink which is the connection for the transformer, is it correct?

But I cannot understand , how to adjust the trimmers as you have not explain much about it and also the overload protection in most your circuits consists of a trimmer and is different.     all components i found on ebay or aliexpress including the irf3205 (8 of) and fob 95n03l (3 of) mosfets
    DB107 is diode bridge
    GA6 is relay
    DZ is zener diode
    S8050 is general purpose transistor
    NTC10k is a 10k thermistor
    R-X looks like it is a 10k or 100k ohm resistor
    any ideas about the latter point and how to attain the 10 mili ohm resistors would be welcome

    what voltage ratio on my transformer do i need for a 24v to 220V inverter?
    how do i add another 8 mosfets to help a 24V inverter with the current?

    Hi, my teacher.
    I built 12volt, 12 transistors, and I used irf 3205. But If I load it, the output voltage will drop drastically and the whole system will go off, or try to go off. I used the Egs002 module.
    Please what could be the problem, could you please help contribute to.,

    Nice project but you can use microcontroller here, then why you use egs 002 module....
    Secondly if possible please make it with microcontroller.

      Because EGS002 is cheaper. I bought it from china. Only 2 dollars / 1 piece.

      It is very simple, I have shared gerber and Eagle files. Just send the file to the PCB factory. Next. solder all components to the PCB. :D

      Yes, this inverter can work in 60HZ mode. just change the jump on EGS002.

    Hi,
    I did inverter circuit diagram using the egs002 datasheet, and I am using HY4008 MOSFETs, and the transformer is 800watts, and the battery voltage is 12v.
    The main problem is the no load current draw is 4 amps!! At 14volts, and the MOSFETs heats up very fast.
    So could you please tell what might be the problem??

    Transformer rewind 220v side what size of wire 18#? Or 19#?

      Choose 8A / 1mm2. For example you need 1000W at 24V. The current needed is 1000: 24 ~ 42A. The copper wire size is 42A: 8 = 5.25mm2.

      @@thanhminh4284 buck đó ra 12V đó. nuôi mạch EGS002 và quạt tản nhiệt. Nếu chạy 12V thì nối Vin buck với Vout buck. Sau đó phải chỉnh chiết áp bảo vệ pin yếu nó thấp xuống. Vi dụ chạy 24V thì bảo vệ pin yếu là 21V. Thì chạy 12V ta chỉnh là 10.5V.
