This is the second R34 GT-R to make it on my channel (some other ones were bought for dealers). Special thanks to the excellent customer who purchase this. We were patient and it looks like it paid off. This is a real win.
The car is cleaner than most of the CPO cars. Yet the Japanese inspector still finds so many detailed things to put down in a list. That is what I call professionalism. I wish all the dealers can do the same. I don't mind paying premium money for a good car. Just don't hide the problems from me.
The R-34's body is incredible. It just doesn't seem to age. It's 16 years old but still looks new. It's front bumper looks aftermarket but no, it's stock and it just looks menacing! I love this car and I want it. I'd change the dash for sure, but the body of this car is something I'd surely leave stock. The R-35 just doesn't compare.
I wouldn't mind buying and keeping an R34 GT-R stock. 340hp is plenty and the only mods I'll make is the cars little imperfections like headlights or something like that.
R34GTRR35 I know right? Strange because with the double wishbones, you can't just lower the hight and get better handling. You need to replace the suspension arms too... but most don't.

Another beautiful r34 I love that real time data on the screen way cool. Derek could you explain the rules about the radiation test that is required ? Do the test if cars where near the power plant area when Fukushima happend ?
Gabe Kless The radiation test is on all cars that get exported no matter what area thy are from. Since the Fukushima problem, I have not had one car fail the inspection. They use a reader and scan about 6-10 or so places for radiation. The numbers are recorded and the cars get a sticker on the windshield. If the car fails, we have to take it back.

that mfd looks much better than the one i looked at a few weeks back that was imported here. the sun had faded put the screen so badly you couldn't see anything in it and it was useless. also note why derek is pointing out the dash trim pieces. the one looked at was peeling like it had a bad sunburn =(
Why did you ignore explaining the "XX" marks? That indicates the panels were replaced and/or repaired. This can also mean the car was in an accident...

The Skyline needs at least 25 years until it can be imported into the U.S. You would need to wait another 9 years or so until you can legally import the 99 Skyline.

Elante Ford There is a market for foreign cars here but the popular ones are the larger vehicles like the Hummer, Sequoia, and full size pickups... It is crazy because there is not much room on the streets here for such large cars.

treluvsjay1 They usually come from the auction low on gas. If they don't, the port drains the fuel of them in preparation for shipping. It helps limit the flammability of the vessel. In some cases, they miss draining it though.

This one got a new engine, it turned out to break soon after landing. It was swapped to an N1 block I think.
