A suspicious odor activates a large response of fire trucks and ambulances in Downtown Las Vegas. Additionally, other fire trucks and ambulances from other agencies are seen responding with siren and lights in this multi-state compilation of emergency vehicles.

The incident was reported to be an odor in the area of Fremont Street that could be related to hazardous materials. It was concluded to be not as hazardous as thought, and the assignment was downgraded.

Thanks. I guess because it was off Fremont Street between Christmas and New Year's. There's thousands of people, eateries, casinos and hotels in a tight area; so if it's a potential chemical spill, many people could have been contaminated.
